Once they complete their room updates, I'm sure it will be better, but our room was still very old and worn out. Chair had stains and shredded upholstery, all wooden surfaces were scratched and banged up. The bed frame is definitely a shin stubber the way it sticks out. Not the prettiest area next to the Jetport, but convenient I guess if you are using that airport.

The airport from this hotel is but a half a mile away. A three-minute shuttle ride at the most from this Hilton property. All shuttles are done on a demand basis. When you come to the foyer, they will take you over. There was no problem with our 4:00am departure. Our room was large, the bathroom doable, the AC cold, a refrigerator and even a microwave are in the room. Most importantly the bed was comfortable. With that said, the bed frame is a “shin-killer.” The frame sticks out and if you are not careful, like my wife, your knee will pay the price. My wife bleed for hours. We just hate beds like this. The staff are utmost friendly. We had superb help from Andrew especially. There is a large pot-hole in the parking lot that needs to be fixed. Also, the white lines on the pavement are in a deep fade pattern. There is decent size bar on property and even a kitchen. Breakfast can be had for those that are on a latter departure schedule. Given another opportunity, we would only hesitate for a while in booking this property. That bed frame is awful though. Upon arrival everything seemed fine. The hotel looked ok from the exterior. We were a little Isurprised that the hotel was basically on the other side of the fence from the airport runways. When we entered the hotel the lobby was nice with a bar and restaurant everything still seemed to be going fine. So we decided to check in. Everything changed as soon as we entered the old elevator. As soon as the doors opened on our floor we noticed an odor in the hallway. We were even more surprised how the smell seemed to get stronger as we made our way down the hall and into our room. The room had a strong odor of smoke and must. The door was dirty and scratched up as well. We looked around and felt the room was just plain worn out. The furniture was not clean and very worn looking. As we were deciding what to do my daughter looked out the window and to our surprise there were about 10 old dirty mattresses lined up next to the dumpster (yes this is the view we had) that was the final straw and we decided to go back to the front desk and ask for a refund. The manager was very nice and there was no issue with a refund. The 5 star rating on this hotel is VERY miss leading. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. This is NOT a $300/ night room.

Dirty HVAC and all soap bottles had fallen off the walls. It looked like the renovators were still working when we checked in. The front desk was was not very hospitable. We did not report the trash in the vent since we only saw it as we were packing to leave.

Quiet, clean, friendly/competent staff. AND could not be more convenient. Food is pretty good which is important since it is a (short) drive to a restaurant. However, I also used Uber Eats and that worked well.

We reserved a room a week in advance and I specified a deluxe king room. I checked in online several hours prior to our arrival. When checking-in I specified that we would be there at 3:00 (normal check-in time). We arrived at ~ 3:30 but were told that our room was not ready? We had a very early flight the next morning so we decided to settle for a smaller room. The room was nice and the rest of the stay was fine, just frustrated about the check-in process.

So I go to breakfast guy says oh we got a buffet so I look at it it's got a scoop of dried out eggs and a half a spoon of homefries dried out to,all that for 13.99. Way to go Hilton! Great buffet for a diamond member! Oh he made me some eggs but that's it,and it was like I was bothering him!
