This hotel was overbooked so they moved us to the Marriott Residence instead, so this review is for this property.
The bedding and bed were very comfortable- high off the floor for kids but perfect for tall people like me. I liked the white linens and the pillow top mattress.
The shower was great and the toiletries were adequate. There were tons of towels and washcloths. I did not use the kitchenette but it seemed well appointed for quick needs- a full sized refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee and tea choices, dish towel, etc.
The sitting area and desk were nice touches- the furniture was a bit dated looking but clean and unmarked by stains or heavy wear.
The hotel was very quiet but included fifth floor parking in the nearby garage and proximity to lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping. Great location!

The front desk staff went above and beyond to take care of all my needs—super attentive and helpful. A big shoutout to Gabe, one of the shuttle drivers, who got me to the airport quickly and surprised me with free donuts! Great conversation too—he really made everything easy.

So pleased with our stay there. EVERY single staff member we encountered, from GM to bartender to front desk to housekeeping, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Excellent location!

This is a modern and comfortable hotel near the water in downtown Portland. The location is very good, and the hotel is quite nice. Our rooms were large and well appointed, with a strong wifi signal, a work area, a couch and plenty of outlets. The bathroom was large, and the room was immaculate. This was our second stay, and we will be back.

Excellent hotel - newer, very quiet, excellent rooms and very comfortable bed. I would also like to give a shout out to the staff - Our complimentary airport shuttle drivers, Gabe and Josh, were particularly helpful. We appreciated their tips on where to eat and drink.

Fantastic Hotel. Great location. The only negatives were the cost of Valet or parking nearby and there was no microwave in the room. Everything was clean and open. The room was huge with big windows. The bathroom had a great walk in shower. I could hear people talking outside in the hallway which was a bit of a negative. It didn't bother me while I was sleeping but I could hear them when I was awake. There was also a huge TV in the room. What I loved is the location. I wanted to go for a walk and was able to walk out of the hotel and cross the street and I was on a walking path along the water that went on for a long way (I never got to the end). You can also walk to all the restaurants from here too. I would definitely return.
