This was my second time staying at the Longfellow. The first trip staff walked into the room twice without knocking saying they didn’t know I’d checked in and the tv didn’t work. I called about the tv but no one came to fix it. I figured people make mistakes and tried to stay with them again. The most recent trip the room I booked wasn’t available and I still haven’t received a refund for the difference 3 days later. We talked to someone at the front desk about the broken alarm clock/white noise machine. We were told it would be replaced while we were at dinner…it was not. It still was showing the same error message when we came back. I understand things break and mistakes happen but this feels like a consistent lack of service at a boutique hotel we’re staying at for an elevated level of service

Our stay was wonderful! Everyone was beyond helpful and the aesthetic is beautiful. In a great location that is walkable distance from great restaurants.

The Longfellow Hotel was the best hotel experience I have had in recent memory. The service from the moment we stepped out of our car to the moment we left was spectacular. Super clean room, and organized room. The drinks and spa service separated Longfellow from other vacations. I couldn't believe how fast they brought up our coffee from the cafe, or how friendly and thorough the spa employees were. Looking forward to our next stay.

All of the staff were truly so lovely (valet, front desk, bartender & the beauties who clean the rooms). The room was stunning, clean, roomy, so cozy & full of character. The robes were luxurious, the glassware was beautiful. Everything was thoughtful & elevated.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff was great, room clean and fresh. Enjoyed the area. Close walk to Maine Medical Center. Short drive to waterfront area.

Everything was top notch and decadent about the Longfellow. We went for a romantic healthy getaway weekend full with spa experiences-complete with the sauna private room and a couples massage- and can’t wait to go back! We loved the food and the entire experience. Thank you and well done!
