The hotel is very close to the seaside cliffs, a great hotel! But the hotel parking fee of 15 euros is a bit high!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick und die Klippen in der 5 Etage. Die Aussicht vom großen Balkon ist phantastisch. Vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein für ein 4* Hotel. Das Doppelbett ist etwas schmal und hat nur eine Bettdecke. Uns war die Matratze zu hart. Leider konnten wir keinen Topper oder 2 getrennte Bettdeken bekommen. Laut Reiseleitung, die wir zu unserer Abreise getroffen hatten, sollte das jedoch möglich sein. Die Chance vorher mal zu fragen, haben wir verpasst. Die Zimmerreinigung ist sehr gut. Der Service zum Frühstück ist klasse. Das Frühstück war ok. Für ein 4* Hotel etwas überschaubar. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch sehr gut. Insgesamt eine gute Preis/Leistung.

This hotel is clean and rooms are lovely, it’s what you expect in a 4 star hotel, we have stayed before, because of location but things certainly need addressed here, staff on reception are very professional. But and it’s a large But the restaurant needs changed, Doors open to go in, you give your room number, and the person takes you to a table, Leaving everyone else in queue, then they take you to a table you do not want, we have watched people say NO, they are very close together, and when lots of other tables are free you certainly don’t want to sit less than a foot apart from someone you do not know. I also find one of the girls very abrupt, and far to bossy, that I was made to feel uncomfortable. Breakfast is fine but same, dinner well it certainly needs more choice, I’ve had pork 2 nights running, choice is limited, Last year you got water free, now it’s 3 euros. I love location of this hotel but the restaurant certainly needs changes

Wonderful This is our 2nd time staying at Turim and it was perfect like the last time Staff on check in extremely friendly. We didn’t book breakfast or dinner there we went out to eat but we had breakfast last time and it was lovely The room was extremely clean on the 4th floor with a sea view and pool view plenty of toiletries shampoo shower gel conditioner and body lotion so you don’t have to bring your own towels were provided for the pool area which is great again you don’t have to bring your own 😊 The pool area is lovely however there are not enough sun beds really …we never had a problem getting one at 10am but any later and people weee walking away this is the only negative (so Turim provide more beds by the pool) Over all I would definitely return for a 3rd time

The view from the hotel is stunning, if you get a front view. The hotel is dated in its style although very clean, good housekeeping and comfy bed. Don't waste your money on the half board as the food quality is less than mediocre. Cold and tasteless food, not reflecting in any way at all the portuguese delicatessen, seems to be more likely in a 'all inclusive' in Benidorm (sorry Benidorm;). Could not really understand the hotel high tripadvisor rating to be honest, the food served for the half board is such a huge huge disappointment above all after the half board expensive charge.
