Premier Inn Porthmadog

Another brilliant stay at Premier Inn Porthmadog. Friendly helpful staff. Nothing to much trouble. Fresh tasty breakfast. Evening meal also tasty and reasonably priced Room was very clean with everything we needed. Car park on site to. Would recommend.

A great place with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great breakfast provision. Our Premier Plus room, with views over the bay, was superb. There was a shortage of parking car parking after returning from an evening out - this must be a problem in high season. Overall a great stay - we came to enjoy the ZipWire in Bethesda - and we would use this hotel again for our next stay in North Wales.

Amazing again, a wonderful Hotel with wonderful staff. Our room was fantastic really clean and they have us. WOW moment for the kids! A few hiccups at breakfast with a few items being unavailable but managed well by the team! Definitely returning again and cannot wait. Side note; make sure you book a room with a view to see at the back of the hotel it’s incredible.

The new premier inn looks nice on arrival with plenty of parking. The reception area is small but staff were quickly available. The room, on the ground floor, was ready for our family of 4. It was clean and comfortable as expected. The room was freezing but warmed up quickly once turned on. The breakfast was fine although limited really, and we had to ask for some cooked items that had ran out. Would be better if there was more fresh fruit also. The only negative is the bar area because the lights are so cold and bright is hard to relax. We got a drink and took it to our room as it just felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. There are "EV charging parking bays"... But no actual chargers installed yet.

Premiere plus wasn’t worth the extra money. The coffee machine was poor quality and continually leaked. The room had a poor quality clean. No we didn’t complain as we just aren’t that kind of people. The breakfast was terrible. Good parking. Great location. Easy check in.

Very surprised by the quality of this hotel. We went to play golf locally and the hotel was really just a bed for the night. It was far more comfortable and well equipped than a lot of hotels I've stayed at for 3 times the price. Well recommended.
