Premier Inn Porthmadog

The hotel is excellent in terms of quality, location and staff. Rooms very clean and well appointed, good bathroom with nice towels. The staff are very good indeed, nothing is too much trouble even under pressure. They are helpful, cheerful and very professional. Stephen and Angelica were outstanding. The security is excellent with use of room keycards. The breakfast is great with a wide range of everything you could want and more. Evening dinner has a very good menu and is good value. Parking is a bit limited in size but there is a public one, free until 10am, just 5 minutes walk away, so not any problem. I thoroughly recommend Premier Inn Porthmadog and it's staff without hesitation.

We found the hotel clean and comfortable but the reason we would highly recommend this hotel is the staff. The staff were very kind, accommodating and friendly and made us feel very welcomed 😊

Customer service is poor especially during breakfast which was disappointing. Limited table selection and staff with attitudes, slow clearing the tables and only took some plates away. Staff had poor knowledge on evening offers and how to apply them on the till also gave us the wrong information for check out time.

Was treated very rudely by a member of staff. It was fantastic that the hotel was fully booked but if you know you are fully booked surely you plan and ensure that you have enough staff. Breakfast was a total disappointment not just for our group but for many other guests too!!!

check in would have been difficult but staff member came across to help. Location was very good and the views were brilliant either overlooking the harbour and steam railway or the estuary and mountains Room was really good and well equipped disapointing that despite asking for our room to be serviced the next day as requested, it was not done and as I was enquiring at reception, ours was not the only one that had been missed when specifically requested as it was clear it would only be done if requested rather than as standard

Lovely spacious room with fridge very comfortable surprise when entered the room 2 small bottles of prosecco and chocolate for my birthday very kind of premier inn.we always use premier inn.well prepared breakfast and nice seating area thank you again from my self and partner.
