I reserved a room on line base on the pictures that I saw. When we arrived at the hotel, we got a totally different room. The room was horrible, stuffy, filled with ants. We had no choice but to upgrade with (of course) an extra charge. The upgraded room was just like the one before, and again we had to pay another extra fee in order to move to a basic room. This was a perfect way to get more money out of us. After a long day all we wanted is a hot, nice shower. However, the water was freezing cold. The unfriendly manager had no solution except a bad excuse. Waste of money. What you see is not what you get!

Άγαπημένος μας προορισμός για πολλά χρόνια. 'Ο,τι και να πούμε για το Portaria Hotel θα ήταν λίγο να εκφράσει το πόσο υπέροχο και φιλόξενο μέρος είναι για να μείνει κανείς. Είναι στην άκρη της Πορταριάς στο δρόμο προς Χάνια, λίγα μόνο βήματα από την κεντρική πλατεία. Ανετο πάρκιγκ, λίγα βήματα κι από μια πηγή με φρέσκο γάργαρο νερό (από εκεί γεμίζουμε μπουκάλια και πίνουμε όταν μένουμε εκεί). Εχει αρκετές επιλογές είτε με μονοπάτια εκεί γύρω για πεζοπορίες, είτε ακόμα και για βόλτες και φαγητό στην Πορταριά. Λίγα λεπτά κι από το χιονοδρομικό στα Χάνια. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Πολύ ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και φιλόξενο το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου, πάντα χαμογελαστοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι έχουμε χρειαστεί. Τα δωμάτια πολύ όμορφα και άνετα, και κυρίως πολύ ζεστά (κυριολεκτικά και μεταφορικά), έχουμε μείνει και με αρνητικές θερμοκρασίες έξω και με χιόνια, το δωμάτιο ήταν πάντα ζεστό και πάντα είχε ζεστό νερό στο μπάνιο. Το ίδιο ζεστοί και όλοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό, με πολλές επιλογές για όλα τα γούστα. Φαγητό συνήθως τρώμε σε ταβέρνες στην Πορταριά, αλλά κάποια βραδάκια που δεν είχαμε διάθεση για βόλτα έξω, τα σνακ (πίτσες, κλαμπ σάντουιτς, μπέργερ) ήταν εξαιρετικά, και σε πολύ όμορφο περιβάλλον. Υπάρχει και η επιλογή τους χειμερινούς μήνες με την εσωτερική πισίνα αν κάποιος θέλει να χαλαρώσει λιγάκι μετά την βόλτα. Ανυπομονούμε σίγουρα να ξαναεπισκευτούμε, και πολλά ευχαριστώ στους ιδιοκτήτες και το προσωπικό του Portaria Hotel για τις αξέχαστες στιγμές που έχουμε ζήσει εκεί.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο με αρκετά καλές παροχές, σε μια πολύ όμορφη περιοχή. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο εξαιρετική, το πρωινό εξαιρετικό, όπως και το lobby. Αρνητικό ίσως το ακριβό για τα γούστα μας mini bar.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Property was gorgeous and clean. Had multiple options for breakfast. Had a beautiful dining area and an in-house bar. Air conditioner worked very well, and the rooms were quite spacious. Area was very nice as there was much to see and do within walking distance. Would recommend and go again!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν παλιό με πολύ σκληρά στρώματα. Ο καφές στο σαλέ είχε 7€. Το μασάζ 25’ μου το χρεώσανε 45€ και ήταν κάτω του μετρίου. Γενικά ήταν απ τις χειρότερες επιλογές μου ανάμεσα στις 7 φορές που έχω επισκεφτεί το μέρος. Στα θετικά του ήταν το πρωινό πλούσιο κ με επιλογές.
