This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room.
Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available.
Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap.
The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground.
The breakfast is a la carte, although it tastes good, it's a bit oily. The toast is fried in olive oil, so it's very oily.
The beach at the door was flooded at night on the first night, and the beach was in a terrible state the next day, but it was actually very beautiful when you checked in during the day.
But the hotel room is still good, and it looks OK.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wie immer war das Personal TOP. Das einzige, was mir diesmal nicht so gut gefallen hat war das Frühstück. Es war die Male zuvor angebotsreicher und besser.

The amenities are exceptional, as is the staff. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They make you feel like you are part of their family. The care and cleanliness of the rooms were 5 stars. We look forward to visiting again soon!

A contemporary look and feel throughout. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the staff did a fantastic job of taking care of us. Dinner and our time spent at the bar was enjoyed with a very welcoming staff. Great trails along the coast for jogging and walking.

Ein ganz tolles Hotel direkt an einer kleinen süßen Strandbucht gelegen. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick und seitlichem Meerblick bieten einen fantastischen Blick aufs Mittelmeer. Extrem nettes Personal besonders Pepi von der Rezeption. Aber auch alle anderen sind sehr zuvorkommend. Wir sind schon viele Male hier gewesen und lieben dieses Hotel sehr. Es ist extrem sauber und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das einzige was uns diesmal nicht so gut gefallen hat ist das Restaurant Luce. Es passt nicht zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Beim Frühstück zum Beispiel muss man gepresste Säfte mit 7 Euro bezahlen, es gab kaum Brot/ Brötchen zur Auswahl, das haben wir in anderen fünf Sterne Hotels komplett anders erlebt. Das Angebot für Mittags war sehr gering und überteuert. Es waren mittags und abends kaum Gäste da und das in der Hochsaison. Hoffentlich wird das Konzept noch einmal überdacht!
