While the cost to stay was fairly reasonable, I was disappointed to find no coffee machine in the room. This hotel appears to be on the older side. But, it was clean (at least the bathroom that is). The carpet, however, looked like it was NOT vacuumed.

This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The AC was insanely loud, we’re talking rocket-launch level noise. Sleeping was nearly impossible. A huge stain in the shower, sheets didn’t feel clean. Breakfast looked so bad that we changed our minds and left without touching anything. We were checked into a room with two beds without being asked or informed, and charged for a double room we didn’t want. When I went to the front desk, the staff admitted there were no one-bed rooms available. Had we been told upfront, we absolutely would’ve gone somewhere else. I went back to the desk in the morning to ask about a price adjustment. The girl there didn’t even listen to my reasons, she cut me off with, “nah, I can’t do anything about it. You should’ve talked to the person who checked you in.”… Well, we did, and their “solution” was to laugh and say, “ahaha just throw all your stuff on the other bed.” Are you serious? STAY AWAY For $140, this place was a complete ripoff. Poor service, dirty room, and absolutely no customer care. Save your money and sanity — stay anywhere else.

Check in took forever, stood in a line for over 30 minutes because they only had one employee working the front desk who was obviously new and confused. Only 3 towels in the room for 4 guests. Other then that room and property was clean and ok for a one or two night stay while visiting Savannah. I would stay again but staff needs better training and two employees at front desk during peak check in times.
