The room smelled bad, the towels had hair, the toilet smelled like pee and the tub was slippery we almost fell. I won’t return.

1-Star Review Avoid This Hotel – Unsafe, Unclean, and Completely Unprofessional This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I was forced to change rooms three times, and each room had its own serious issues: • Room 1: No working power outlets and smelled strongly of mold. • Room 2: TV was broken, sheets were dirty, and towels were stained with holes. • Room 3: Water damage on the ceiling and roaches crawling around the room. When I reported the roach issue to the front desk, Heni Patel told me to “just grab the spray and kill it” myself. Then she knocked on my door at 1:00 AM to ask if I had done it—waking up my sleeping kids in the process. On top of all that, they still charged me my security deposit even though I caused zero damage and left the room clean. This hotel clearly does not care about cleanliness, safety, or guest experience. I stayed only because there were no other options available at the time, but I’ll never make that mistake again. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Filthy (rugs threadbare, black stains on rugs, feet stuck to bathroom floors, rust stains in tub and room smelled of cleaning liquid). Walls are paper thin and a puppy started howling at 6 AM. Folks were friendly at the desk but that’s it. The hotel is in a cluster of other hotels that seemed much nicer.

The hotel is in a good location, close to shopping, groceries store etc.. The staff is friendly and helpful, the free breakfast is good and a great value. I would stay again; however, the rooms need to be updated. Parking is great also and the hotel easy to find.

Very nice and clean room. Bed was very soft and comfy.. If only one thing could change would be to up grade to smart tvs. Overall the stay was very peaceful. The pool are was ok..Hubby and my brother was expecting a bit bigger area and at least 10ft deep.

Veery clean. Room was spacious and very clean. Easy check in and easy check out. Breakfast was very good! Hot eggs, biscuits and gravy were vert good and fresh. Also available cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, and yogurt. It was the best Hotel we've stay in!
