還OK吧,房屋早餐基本符合歡朋美國的標準,周邊也算安全方便,而且不是緊鄰高速。就是前台經常沒人,而且居然收5美元停車費,我們兩間房一輛車在按金裏退房後直接扣了兩輛車的,算了懶得去和酒店扯皮了。反正美東自駕也不能啥都要求完美。

Breakfast was great and delicious. The bedding linens can be better. It looks like they weren’t changed before we got there. Stains and small debris were on the pillows and bedding.

The hotel is very good, cost-effective, the transportation is very convenient, there are supermarkets around, the breakfast is also very good, the room is large, very clean, and it feels like great value. I will stay here again in the future, great review!

THIS IS A ROCK SOLID '1' star hotel. I haven't traveled in a while since I recently retired. I used to stay almost exclusively at Hampton Inn hotels. I stayed on July 17th for one night. This hotel was flat awful. There was no air conditioning on the 3rd floor. I was told by a staff member that management turned off the AC on purpose in the 3rd floor hallways. Temps were well into the 90's on the floor. The smell was very musty. The carpets had stains and the carpets were a dingy brown and were very dated. Cabinet to refrigerator was torn off the hinges. BEWARE... I used a 3rd party to get a decent rate and when that happens the management and staff cannot find your reservation if there is a problem. I was charged a "parking fee" out of my incidentals that was conveniently added to my bill without any notice, although I'm sure they had it buried notice of it somewhere in the paperwork. After 45 minutes on the phone with Hilton and probably because I'm a Hilton Honors member they finally told me they would remove the "parking fee". Hello management... where was I supposed to park??? Should I have parked at the gas station next door? I had another bad experience at a Tru by Hilton a few days later. Hilton is clearly cutting corners and trying to live off a reputation that they are no longer worthy of.

Where to even start.....there is zero AC in the hallways, so walking to the room, it is hot and musty smelling. The room was not cleaned thoroughly as there were a couple random hairs along the edge of the shower. The ceiling above the bed had horrible water damage and had been patched numerous times, but still cracking so I was half expecting the ceiling to come crashing down on me. Walls are paper thin, so you can hear complete conversations in the next room. Hotel is just gross and I would never stay here again. On top of those issues, hotel double charges for room. When booking the reservation, I booked it as a special Hilton Honors non-refundable prepaid room and the charge was paid in full in advance. Go to check in and was told that I had to pay for the room. I told the guy at the front desk I had already paid for the room and he said "well it is telling me you have to pay, so I have to take payment". I didn't have access to my credit card account since we were traveling to show that the payment had already been taken, so I had no choice but to give a credit card to pay AGAIN. Then I have to waste my time to call Hilton once both charges appear on my credit card to get one of the charges reversed. What is funny, is the Hilton customer service rep I spoke to about the double billing says she is going to put me on hold to contact the hotel. She comes back to the line and tells me the hotel can see that I was double charged so they will reverse one of the charges within 3-7 business days. Sooooo.....they can see the double charge now, but they couldn't see it when I checked in????? Anyways, I would definitely look for other hotel options if I were you

Badly need a remodel here, not up to the usual Hampton Inn standard, ripped sofa and stained carpet. Bathroom door showed water damage and bathroom walls stained with ick. Very busy noisy area right off I95. Only plus was HI’s have the best coffee.

I booked a king bed with roll in shower. I was not cleaned and ready by by 3pm, check in time. I would have to wait another 30 minutes but my schedule did not allow that. So I gad to take a room without a shower. SO, my handicapped spouse could not shower. Also the breakfast had no OJ, no muffins or pastries. The server apologised and said the company did not send what she ordered.
