It was good, nice view, nice people. Unfortunately I got bite from some insects after I woke up. Overall is perfect. Recommend

Location is perfect. A short drive from Port Vila CBD but far enough that the water surrounding is safe to swim in. The staff are phenomenal, always being so cheerful and attentive. And specifically Blanca, Cliff and Annie (especially Annie), for their kindness and laughs and soul. The activities on the island are great fun, food delicious, and the atmosphere perfect. Booking activities, trips to markets and restaurants is hassle free with staff on hand for recommendations and organising drivers and the logistics. The weather for us from Brisbane was just right: Not too hot or humid. We will definitely be back.

Big thank you to all the beautiful staff - Annie who is such a beautiful soul at breakfast each morning, Beautiful Blanca who is an absolute superstar, Frida at the kids club who is amazing with kids, Natalie who is so organised welcoming and goes above and beyond, Kenny who hosted our tour on the lagoon Cruise who is genuinely such a nice soul, Fani at the dayspa who gave me the most beautiful facial treatment ever, Andrew driving the boat who is always helpful and smiling WE LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH AND MISS YOU ALL we stayed for 10 nights and had the most spectacular time. We knew we were at home the second we got there. Staff absolutely made our trip. The island itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are kept immaculate thank you to the amazing gardeners there, rooms always cleaned and tidied by the beautiful cleaners. We're so appreciative of our room upgrade to room number 2 which was stunning and so close to everything. Loved the pizza night, the fire show, the lagoon Cruise, the view of the island. Everything is literally perfect. We knew our daughter was so safe running around the island and sooooo glad we chose this place. Even our 2 year old daughter was sad to be leaving. When we left we felt like we were leaving our own home and family. I hope staff see this review and its passed on to all the fantastic people I've mentioned. Also big thank you to SARAH!!! The peaceful, relaxing ambiance and balmy weather were what we loved most. A home away from home…we instantly felt at home the minute we arrived from the friendliest staff who couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. Our lagoon villa had amazing views and the perfect island feel to it. The gardens and surrounds were lovely and the kayaking, paddle boarding and pool were amazing. We’d definitely recommend for anyone traveling to the area.

Surrounded by crystal clear waters Erakor Island Resort is a great place to disconnect and enjoy nature. You are entirely surrounded by the beautiful reef, crystal clear waters and thousands of starfishes.
