All our apartments are with two, three and four bedrooms and offer a private balcony with spectacular panoramic views of the sea and on the first line of the north beach of Port Saplaya.
If you want to explore beyond the beach, the city of Valencia is just a 10-minute drive away. You can also easily reach the center of Valencia by bus or car, where you can marvel at the majesty of the Cathedral and the City of Arts and Sciences in just 15 minutes.
Each of the apartments is equipped with modern comforts such as air conditioning, a cozy seating area with sofa and TV, plus most of our apartments have two private bathrooms for added comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped where you will find an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee maker to prepare your own culinary delights.
In addition, we provide all the necessary equipment so that you can cook in the apartment during your vacation. We also include quality towels and bed linen.
We have two types of Standard and Premium apartments. The Premiums differ from the Standard ones by including high-speed Wi-Fi, a 55' Smart TV, a Nespresso coffee machine with courtesy capsules, new sofas and a spectacular kitchen bench that will allow you to make better use of the space while cooking. Guaranteed comfort on the beachfront.
Our environment is surrounded by fine sandy beaches and beautiful colored Mediterranean houses next to the canals, dock and inner port of the urbanization. You will find gardens and different squares with a wide selection of restaurants facing the sea, where you can delight yourself with the authentic local gastronomy. You cannot miss trying the refreshing horchata, a drink made with tiger nuts and sugar, or the famous paellas, which will delight even the most demanding palates.

Do NOT stay here under any circumstances. The reception staff are absolutely awful, the prices are insane and I was overcharged eur50 for bringing a pet even though the price listed on their OWN website stated 10ish per night, they charged me eur15. When o brought this to their attention, all I got was a load of attitude from the receptionist and was told that I should’ve called them to check the price and it isn’t their fault they listed a lower price and overcharged me. In addition, they do NOT have a pool at all but let you use the tiny pool up the road. The prices before all of the additional prices are absolutely EXTORTIONATE for the apartment and location! The price for 10 days is 2 months rent for actual residents, o know because I used to live there.

Bien ubicado. Con excelentes vistas a la playa y al mar. Perfecta ubicación de la recepción de los apartamentos. Y personal muy amable. Se valora muy positivamente que dejen salir tarde en función de si tienen entradas al apartamento. Ascensor y zona muy tranquila

Excellent accueil du personnel, très serviable et polyglotte. La résidence, composée de 3 immeubles, est moderne : digicode, interphone, accès au parking souterrain par ascenseur, etc. Elle est très propre : les 2 ascenseurs par étage (pour 3 apparts par étage) et le palier sont nettoyés tous les jours. Le parking est très étroit mais l'accueil aide pour tous les petits soucis (cadenas, place trop petite pour une voiture break, voiture voisine qui déborde de sa place, etc). L'ascenseur du parking était en panne le jour de notre arrivée mais il a été réparé dans les 2 heures! Il y a un discount tarif parking si on reste plus de 5 jours. Dans l'appartement, on trouve une machine Nespresso, la climatisation dans toutes les pièces (et pas seulement le salon) avec un clavier tout neuf, un wifi stable, robinet SdB infrarouge, etc. Il y a un kit de nettoyage, des capsules de café, du shampoing, beaucoup de rangements et 2 réfrigérateurs (dont 1 avec congélateur). Il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle - mais l'évier a vue sur la mer! Il nous manquait des bols et l'accueil nous en a donné 5 de plus. L'endroit est animé avec un marché le samedi et un concours de paella le jour de notre arrivée. La plage est au bas de l'immeuble, l'eau est très agréable, autour de 28°C. Il y a des restaurants et un supermarché Auchan (Alcampo!) à 10 mins à pied. Accès à Valencia très facile avec le bus 112 (plus difficile de repérer l'arrêt retour du bus) pour visite de la cathédrale, du super musée Almoina, du Mercado central, du musée des sciences, du Paseo maritimo, ou boire une orxata Chez Daniel. Nous avons cependant pris la voiture pour aller au lac Albufera. Au total, un super séjour, merci à Sea You Apartmentos Port Saplaya!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sea You Apartments. Fantastic views from the apartment balcony of the sea and prom. Staff were most helpful and apartments had everything we needed .... including a kettle ! Plenty of restaurant's and bars within walking distance. - community pool short walk to left has very comfortable sunbeds and parasols to hire. walking about 30 mins to right on beautiful beachfront you can hire sunbeds/parasols . The area known as Little Venice and lives up to the name. Its a quite area but with easy access to the beautiful city of Valencia. We look forward to returning.

Appartement oke, echter bij aankomst stond het pand naast ons appartement compleet in de steigers. Vanaf 7.15 uur harde bouw geluiden, boren radio hard en in en uitlopende bouwvakkers. Terras onder de peuken en cement druppels. Niets hiervan was vooraf bekend! Als we het geweten hadden had ik hier niet geboekt! Geen vakantiegevoel vroeg wakker en harde geluiden! Jammer geen enkele tegemoetkoming door het appartementen complex!

We had a lovely apartment with a fab sea view from the lounge and kitchen, and obviously from the spacious terrace. The complex of Port Saplaya is very picturesque and great to walk around. We didn't use the beach but it's a wide expanse of sand with a few bars and restaurants behind - we were there in May and quite a few weren't open. An interesting taxi ride into the city too

Apartamento amplio y muy limpio, vistas al mar, acceso directo desde el parking, personal muy amable. Como detalle dejan dos cápsulas de café Nespresso para el desayudo y un kit para la limpieza de la vajilla que utilices.
