This hotel had great customer service. It did need a little updating but is in process of doing so. The staff are great and the pool was perfect. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay a great one. We will be coming back in the future for another stay.

Hotel was great and staff was amazing and very helpful would definitely recommend the staff I very attentive and kind always there to help if I need it. Room was very clean upon check in and was able to get fresh towels and linen upon request. I highly suggest the pool as well. On a hot summer day here in south Florida it’s nice to be able to just relax.

Traveling on business my biggest requirement is a clean and quiet room - this room met both criteria. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have stayed at other hotels in the area and this one was one of the best if not the best. Breakfast was more than what I expected for a midscale brand, and wifi worked very well!!!

They changed our rooms so we only had one room with a kitchen, room 234 was dirty, (white socks turned black), there was mold on the lamp shades, and the toilet was lowand wobbly. Room 203 had a kitchen, no barely anything in the cabinets and some cabinets were damaged. The shower curtain was nasty, the side of the tub was rusty, floor in the room was dirty and the bed skirts were filthy.

The first night I made reservation in Sleep inn I wanted to extend my stay but there was no avaliblity went to the front desk and Steve did explained very well that this is a dual branded property sleep inn rooms are not avalible. But if I make a reservation in mainstay it is very much possible that I ccan stay in the same room. I think it was brilliant the he handled my request. It's the service that matters the most. Over all good hotel nice and clean very comfortable and excellent staff will stay again

Kitchen area was terrible! Stovetop vent rusted out, frig shelves rusting, walls near bed looked like there was dried snot. Had to move TV on top of dresser to be able to view from couch, and didn’t have a remote, I had to borrow from front desk. There were no USB connections, no clock radio, no telephone, no directory of services, not even a Gideon Bible in the room! This hotel has potential, though at over $300/night, with an additional pet fee, we will choose other options for future stays in the area. Additionally, hotel manager could not provide us with an accurate receipt at checkout, explaining that we had made the reservation through a 3rd-party…

My room was not clean as I had expected. During my stay I cleaned the entire room, took out the trash, changed the sheets myself.

The shower didn't work al all and the bath tub overflow , so basically one of the most important things in a hotel room was denied to us. Roaches in the bathroom. Not a single hanger in the closet Breakfast poor and a toaster not working I want my money back

Worst place I ever stayed. There is absolutely no daily cleaning. Rooms and bathroom very dirty. I gave it a 1 star because the staff was very friendly. My biggest nightmare is roaches. I have never stayed in a place with so many roaches. I didn't leave because I went to the hotel late and woke up early and out. I had to sleep with lights on due to the damn roaches. I killed so many little ones and 2 big ones. One night I came in and one was by the night table I made sure I killed it because it probably would had slept with me. Never in my life have I stay in such a dirty and disgusting place full of roaches.. Sad that the outside looks so nice and clean. It fools you when you go in. First night there was a woman screaming her lungs out and a man cursing and pushing her around. I think he might had hit her. Low class. Most people are staying her for extended stay…Not good at all
