A 55 inch wall mounted smart tv for your entertainment. Featuring Samsung TV, Hulu & Disney Plus. Free high speed Wifi throughout the home. Beautiful nautical décor and potted palms. Across from the dining room is a full equipped kitchen with every pot, pan, cookie sheets, baking ware and utensil/cooking tool needed. We include a full spice rack, olive oil, salt, pepper, plastic storage containers, aluminum foil, storage baggies and a fully stocked coffee bar. (K cups, ground coffee, tea bags, sugar and creamers)Also features all brand new stainless steel appliances. We include dishwashing detergent, dishwasher pods, sponge, brush and cleaning products under the kitchen sink.We offer 3 beautiful spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, nightstands, new smart tv, a huge walk in closet, with iron & ironing board, private bath, 2 vanities, walk in shower and soaking tub.2nd guestroom features a queen bed, dresser, end tables, new smart tv and a walk in closet.3rd guestroom features 2 full sized beds, end tables, new smart tv and a walk in closet. In the closet is a travel sized pack and play and child booster seat.The 2 guest bedrooms share a separate hall bath which is also the cabana bath to the pool area. Features a single vanity and walk in shower.Sliders in the dining room lead to the beautiful screened in lanai with inground heated pool. (85 degrees year round) Seating for 9 under the covered porch with ceiling fans. We also have a beautiful outdoor grilling and seating area under the palm trees for shade in a private fenced in backyard. (need to update pictures just completed the fence in December)Guest will have access to the 2 car garage, but please no parking in the garage.There is an extra fridge/freezer, utility sink, beach chairs, cooler, high chair, broom, vacuum and step stool located there. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.There is also an indoor laundry room with new washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets included!We also offer games for kids and adults!
