Firstly, we arranged to stay in a particular room via email but that wasnt kept for us and on our arrival had to stay in a different room. Secondly, the room was so disgustingly dirty, the shower was cold, the taps were falling apart and the toilet didn't flush properly. The lamp didnt work. If I had to put that anything was ok with the hotel, it would be that the tv worked and the air-conditioning sort of worked. We were also majorly overcharged at $111 for the pleasure of it all. 👎 We have stayed im much better motels/hotels for much cheaper and a better customer service. Definitely wouldn't recommend and wouldn't be staying here again.

saw cockroaches, signs of bed bugs, dirty towels. We were afraid to bring our stuff .inside, .left key on table

This is the only reservation we could find that was less than $200 per night for a family event in Port Orange. Previous reviews gave us insight into what to expect. We are experienced travelers so the rundown conditions were manageable for us. The bed was comfortable. The TV and refrigerator worked great. Nice hot shower. The AC had a touch time keeping up with 100 degree weather. Room didn’t smell smokey but there was plenty going on outside our door. No amenities. Just met our needs for our short stay.

The Dump and then started digging.
Warning, don't stay here. Owners clueless to my reservation. Had trouble deciphering their language. Kept asking for more money even though I had reservation. Nobody works in the office.German Roaches crawling around everywhere. We were afraid to leave luggage on floor. Towel had yellow stain. Had to jump thru hoops to get towel replacement that was locked in shed.Nobody cleaned room during 2 day stay.Drapes were mended with zip ties. Bathroom so small they put in mini toilet. Neighbors had stoen malbox and were trying to open it at 4am.

Dirty room
The room had signs and dead bedbugs up in corner where ceiling and wall meet
The walls were very dirty ac barely worked. Beds were very uncomfortable

Stinky and nasty
It was nasty, mold, bugs, the room smelled like smoke, the sheets and pillows were dirty. It looked like those motels where they traffic people. We had to buy new sheets and candles and air fresheners just for our one night stay. There was a ton of mold in the bathroom.
