這家賓館是我住過一千多家賓館中最差的一個很差的酒店！這賓館除了大廳的餐廳服務好以外，其他都很差！特別是房間的澡聲簡直讓人無法入睡！第一天住的房間邊上就是12台空調主機，主機已經很老舊，晚上整夜的澡聲達80分貝，帶上耳塞都無法睡覺！請總枱換房間總枱有空房都不給你換！第二在攜程的幫助下，總算換了一個房間，但晚上各種澡聲還是一會就吵醒你！大家千萬不要訂這樣的酒店！否則，後悔莫及！我一般不會説人家賓館不好！因為，大家都不容易！但這賓館真的太差了！

I stayed at Kapok Hotel recently and had a great experience. The reservation process was easy, and the staff responded quickly to my questions before arrival. While I didn’t try the food, I did enjoy the drinks, especially the Blue Moon cocktail. The bar staff was friendly and made it a nice place to unwind in the evenings. Overall, the service was warm and professional across the board. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and respectful. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

I appreciated the overall hospitality and atmosphere. I had an overall good experience. I was disappointed to find that the pool was not operational during my stay. As part of the full service I paid for, I had looked forward to enjoying that amenity, and its unavailability was a letdown.

Hotel located in a very quite area, sorrounded by green areas, possible to have good walk. Hotel personal is very attend and friendly.
