We had some trouble with our reservation because of the Cyclone Alfredo and they helped us with everything related to that. They even contacter some other service on our behalf, which they didn't had to do. Best service ever we had in an hotel.

The location is good but that's the only positive thing. The rooms are dusty, the bathrooms are old and not very functional and the kitchen is poorly equipped. And the service: HORRIBLE! We came with a newborn and a toddler and in the middle of the stay, they redid the painting. Paint fumes all over the apartment! We were told that "it's not a big deal, in our day we painted with the children in the room". This is not acceptable, so we change hotels immediately because it is a health hazard. But despite THEIR fault, they do not reimburse us for the remaining nights. The only thing they offer us is a change of room to go from a suite on the 7th floor with an ocean view, to a room on the 1st floor with a parking lot view and of course, without financial compensation! This is simply UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Lovely apartment within walking distance to shops, clubs and beach. Great parking facilities. Microwave, toaster and kettle available in studio apartment. Good sized room including a spa bath and shower. Guest swimming pool and BBQ area plus the addition of a roof top spa with amazing views.

Great location with clean well maintained ammenities. Friendly reception. Apartment is well equipped, affordable, clean with nice view. Only negative comment would be that aircon did not reach main bedroom and no screens on sliding door so very hot to sleep in. Also could replace a blind in that room that had holes. Overall it was a great place to stay and would come again.

We had a week at Ki-Ea. A 3 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Attached kitchen with all you need to prepare a meal. Large open, sunny balcony and a great pool area for parents and kids. We did have one issue that management tried their hardest to fix but were not able to. The TV in the main lounge room would not work. No amount of technicians could resolve the problem. No big deal as there is plenty to do in Port Macquarie. Highly recommended.
