Beautiful hotel and the check in was easy.
However, at the check out, the receptionist noticed that they forgot to charge for my dog who stayed over the night.
Ibis is dog friendly, and the last night, we confirmed by phone that the dog was able to stay and they gave us a room on the 3rd floor.
However, the receptionist was quite rude claiming that was out fault that the dog stayed on a non dog room, which was completely not true.
Either way, I hope this helps if you want to stay with your dog.

Firstly, We aren’t happy with the extra pet fees upon arrival and their policy of not allowing dogs to stay alone in the accomodation. There are other accommodation in the surrounding area include pet allow and no extra charge fee and as long as the dog doesn’t make too much noise or got any complain the pet can stay alone in the room.
Secondly, we are very disappointed with the reception after we checked out, we discover our car front window is blury and we asked for some water so that we can clean it but the receptionist guy refused to help. We will not recommend this place to stay because the hotel reception is not helpful and too strict with pets. We have spread this public notice to the surrounding of people we come across at PM as we travel and they totally agree with the terrible services and said they would not even recommend Ibis styles at PM to anyone.

A very well located hotel, not far from the beaches and some great walkways around the beaches.
Most units have beach views.
The room is of good size, and well set out.
Bedding is of good quality and comfortable.
Didn't real use many facilities, maybe next time.

Gorgeous view from our room and very close to shops, cafes, beach etc. only stayed 1 night but had everything we needed !
