Mercure Centro Port Macquarie Reviews

The first negative review of a hotel in my life was given to this Mercure. My husband and I arrived at the door of the hotel at 11:30 pm. The door was locked and no one was at the front desk. Even when we called the customer service, they didn’t come. They only asked us to report on the phone. I gave them my credit card information for the deposit because I was worried about whether the credit card information could be used for personal check-in. The customer service said no, and said that you can think about it and call back to report your card number if you want to stay. Ctrip helped us communicate many times in the follow-up. The hotel was very tough and refused to cancel the room and did not give other deposit options. I was speechless.
