Apartment was lovely had everything you need. Great views,close to town (10/15 min walk max) but far enough to be quiet

Such a horrible one , if you want to enjoy your trip at Lincoln, avoid this one.
Most furniture was very old and dusty . The air conditioner had such a big noise. When I tried to discuss with the hotel. They asked me to turn off it. Hey, guys, you want me to live in a small room without air conditioning in summer ? How horrible the service was as well.

I have stayed here a few timers for work in the appartments and found them to be very spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. The balcony and views are a fabulous bonus. This time, on holidays, I tried the water front house. As above it is well appointed, roomy and clean. The beds are very comfy and the staff are extremely accomodating. Its walking distance to the town and only a short drive away from great sight seeing. The house balcony is a bonus with BBQ and lovely view and theres a lovely private garden for all to use. Very well worth it!

What a great apartment block! Sadly we only had one night here but we loved the room and all the amazing amenities. We had a gorgeous view from our balcony and walking to the town centre was quick and easy. Reception lady was a breath of fresh air. Lovely to deal with and very helpful - thank you! We hope to get back to explore more of this beautiful area soon.

A very short stay but would definitely stay again. Easy street got check in, great communication (via text so quick and easy). Woke up to a beautiful view!

Comfy room with all the extras
We enjoyed our stay with a comfy bed, free Netflix and a bonus chocolate. The room also had a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.
The parking is tight and unfortunately the air-conditioner was very loud.
