Very disappointing stay.🤯
The bathroom sink was faulty which the water leaked straight onto the floor and the drainage was badly clogged, taking a long time to drain completely.The room was dirty, with sand on the bed and food waste hidden in floor gaps. This was extremely unhygienic and honestly made us feel nauseated.🤢
Door security was extremely poor; the door could be opened from outside using a simple card which made us feel unsafe throughout the stay.
The check-in experience further added to my frustration. According to your policy, check-in is available after 2:00 PM, with no stated cut-off time. I arrived at approximately 6:30 PM after a full day out, expecting to rest and shower. However, the front desk staff informed me that there were no rooms available and that a refund would be issued instead. I was shocked, as I had booked and paid in full through this Trip.com app.
No PRIOR NOTICE , MESSAGE , or EXPLANATION was given. If the hotel was overbooked, guests should have been informed in advance instead of UPON ARRIVAL.
What’s the point of online booking system? This raises serious concerns about the reliability and purpose of your booking system.🤯
To make matters worse, Front desk service was unprofessional and disorganised. While my issue was unresolved, staff attended to guests who arrived later than us, leaving us waiting without any clear arrangement or explanation. I was truly getting frustrated on this poor situation.
This hotel fails basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and booking management. Avoid if possible. Please reconsider before booking.🙏🏻
