I am not exaggerating. When we sold our home we went to stay at Genisis. We knew it had been in liquidation for around 2 years but never could we have expected a living hell hole. The "apt" they gave us #9 had no refrigerator. Thats right, we had to bring our own. The microwave was broken. There was no working safe. The tv didnt work. Nothing was fixed in the week we were there. We asked to move to a bigger unit #12. The geyser burst there and we were flooded out. Noone came to help. I contracted a super bug while there and was in hospital for a week. Shortly after my husband got sick too and was in hospital. I believe Genisis is a "sick building" It is extremely dirty as there is no cleaning staff for the apartments. Today i went to see family there in the SAME apt and NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED IN 7 WEEKS!! They are moving out tomorrow. Stay anywhere thats far away from Genisis. It is a hell hole that should be condemed. The family staying there tonite showed me water leaking on to their bed from the airconditioner! Beware stay away if you value your life.
