Très belles prestations. De l'accueil au petit dejeuner (produits frais et menu cuisine a la demande au choix), le cadre, le parking securise, la proximité de la mer. Bonne insonorisation des chambres. Très beau jardin bien entretenu. Tout était parfait.

Amazing place with amazing staff!! Comfy bed , best shower I’ve had in years, didn’t use the bath but it looked insane. I stayed in the standard room . I can only imagine what the luxury rooms are like !! very fast wifi , all round amazing very short stay , will be back again and stay longer

The staff where excellent, friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful and the rooms out of this world. I hosted my cocktail wedding at Singa Lodge, Summerstrand and my guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the place is. Thank you so much for everything.

Rooms are unique and beautiful. Staff is amazing. One of the best experiences I have ever had. Definately need to come back in the next year planning either a winter trip next year 2025 or decber 2025. From the breakfast menu till the lunch menu. And the bedding is the best. Would love to stay in an executive suite next time

Lovely friendly staff, met with a lovely warm welcome and directed to an allocated parking space. This is a budget hotel with comfy beds but could do with an upgrade. Excellent breakfast served with a smile and convenient for an airport stop over.

Gorgeous romantic rooms, lovely bath in the middle of the room and everything was beautifully decorated. It was sadly a bit cold in September so didn't get the full experience of the romance of the room. Will hopefully get a chance to go back in summer one day. Staff wre very helpful and friendly and they made us delious breakfasts. It's one of the nicest friendly places we've ever stayed in and we've been blessed to travel all over the world. You deserve huge accolades, thank you.

Thembi who greeted me was absolutely amazing. So helpful and lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable, very good linen. The room was stunning and very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The shower was incredible. Will definitely be back.

We arrived on the 24th August 2024 for two nights. On arrival we were advised that there was no electricity. A lot of Port Elizabeth had no power as I understand 2 major power poles had blown over the day before. The hands on staff did the best they could by giving us torches and managed to feed us. Up until the poles being damaged Port Elizabeth was on electricity blackouts and a hotel of this calibre should have had a better generator strategy! 2 days of no lights, showers should have at least been offered a discount or other options of showers. Not the staffs fault - but management I think.

Excellent friendly service from charming staff. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Would have liked a dry white wine option, they only offered sweet (stein style) :( Breakfast was lovely with a good range of hot and cold options to choose from. Again, nothing too much trouble for the staff from reception onwards. Nice decor without being kitsch.
