Von Luxus wenig übrig. Eher Absteige mit einem gewissen Touch von Shades of Gray. Hauspersonal vergnügte sich anscheinend mit Besitzer der Villa. Sie lief da im Bademantel durch die Gegend. Ein weißer älterer Herr folgte aus einem der 4 Zimmer. Küche und so ... Fett verschmiert und klebrig. Nachts an einem der Tage 3 gewichtige Frauen mit einem Mann im heruntergekommen Pool. Wir waren leider 3 Wochen da. Hat uns den Urlaub vermiest. Der Terrassen Bereich voller Vogel Kot. Die Bilder sind fake. Von Sauberkeit keine Spur. Sieht aus wie eine vergammelte Rotlicht Milieu Villa.

My experience here was extremely poor from a service perspective. My wife and I arrived, at 11pm, to a massive party with very drunk individuals who refused to stop. The got very aggressive and confrontational. We tried to wait and see if they would stop at midnight but they did not. There was no staff on-site to assist. When I eventually got hold of the owner, at between 1am and 2am, she did not assist with the situation as she lived too far away. The music eventually stopped at between 3.30am and 4am. This was a horrible experience.

As a family we travel extensively. This establishment has a lot to improve. While the view is pretty and the beds we’re comfortable attention to detail is lacking. Simple things: Arrival greeting was rude with no offer of help given a crazy staircase to climb The swimming pool was dirty and then she tells my husband he can clean it ?! The walls were dirty in the bedroom right next to the bed If you have 4 guests - basic math you put 4 cups, 4 waters etc On the following day we had thought our booking was Bed and Breakfast- we were waiting for breakfast and the lady says “No your booking does not include breakfast !” Not even polite apology and asking if she can help for a fee ? I mean really ?!?! No ways would this be a 4 or 5 star - I would rate it a 2 or 3 star

My room and bathroom was lovely and the view was incredible. The room was serviced daily with clean dry towels provided and the coffee supply topped up. Mandi and Elizabeth were friendly and very helpful, especially with my early check-in requests as well as managing my request to stay an extra day. The staff left quite early, but this did not bother me. I felt safe and secure even when in the house on my own. The Wi-Fi is not fantastic and is erratic, so not recommended if you need to stay connected.

Mandy was very friendly and helpful and the house overall is impressive however there was no hot water in the evening and morning, the staff came in and showed someone the room while we were asleep in it in the morning, the Wi-Fi did not work and the jacuzzi was green and an eyesore.

This is the place to stay for business or leisure. We arrived late but they went out of their way for us to do a late check-in. The rooms,the service and breakfast are tops. We will definitely return.
