We checked in at Modern Sea View Apartment on 17th March, but unfortunately, the property was severely infested with roaches, making it completely uninhabitable. We canceled our stay immediately and left the premises due to the unacceptable conditions. When we informed Nontando of the issue, she was unreasonably dismissive and ignorant of the severity of the roach infestation, showing a clear lack of concern for our well-being. Despite the stated 14-day refund policy, which has long since passed, we have yet to receive a refund. To make matters worse, we are now experiencing complete radio silence from Nontando as our attempts to communicate have been met with no response.

This complex of units is the only on on the beach side of marine drive making it so easy to get to the beach .

My mum and aunt loved it more than I did. Cooking our own meals is what made it feel like home. The apartment is in a quiet place which is very good coz we needed the peace. Lovely location. Perfect view. A must visit again.

A cute apartment with all that you need. However it needed a good clean and felt dirty.Amenities like hand soap and toilet paper were not sufficient. Fridge needed to be clean. Second bedroom window has an outside light that the blinds did not obscure making it difficult to sleep in.

The apartment is a nice place to stay with your family. The environment is very quiet. The place is clean and very spacious. The pool is clean and have a very nice view. The place is very secured and not far from the shops.

Great place, excellent service. Value for money. Would definitely stay there again when i visit PE. The owner is a nice and understanding person. She made our stay really comfortable. Thanks for wonderful service.

The apartment complex was perfectly located with a secured beach access and was the only one located so close to the beach in the area. The apartment itself was lovely but could do with a freshen up with paint and paying closer attention to the little things that need to be repaired or replaced such as broken blinds. Overall it was a lovely space with hot water and high speed wifi
