Buffet staff at the entrance could’ve been more pleasant, she looks as if the whole world offended her. Asked for our room number in an annoyed tone and did not even bother to look you in the eye.
Other than this Chinese female staff, service provided by the rest of the staffs from front office to buggy service is exceptional.
As for the room, sofa ceiling light doesn’t work, a/c is a bit noisy, pool light was’t turned on, door locks on both shower and toilet was out of order. Sink at the ‘tea area’ is not flowing smoothly and the toilet wasn’t flushing properly as well.
Internet connection was a big disappointment, videos on you tube kept on disconnecting every few minutes.

Everything is good, just time to check out to early, 11am..
For me, if rental for 2 days 1 night customer can checkout at early by 12.00pm or maximum at 1.00pm
Because we check in early is 3.00pm, and checkout maximum at 11 to 11.30 am, customer lost time about 3 hours. TQ

Service pantas. Request towel, extra blanket sekejap je smpi. staff semua senyum. Buggy service pun ok. Semua ok. Book exec pool view dh free upgrade to sea view. Overall in happy with my staycation

Overall excellent service provide by Receptionist & Buggy driver. For breakfast should need to improved, The room super big but unable lock some door and cleanness need to improve also

The hotel is nice and peaceful, good for a peaceful getaway. Not much for kids to do other than the pool. The other activities mentioned on the website like bicylce, e scooters, etc, are available but not what you expect after seeing the website. When we enquired at the reception for activities for adults, they said that there's not much to do.
