Friendly staff at the counter but not familiar with the check in process and collect tourists tax with the payment that has been paid before. If you didn't notice that it was paid during booking then you will get double charged again. I prefer books without a window room more quietly at night. Thanks

The room was really clean but we booked 27m2 with window
We got a room no window, so I asked for the booked room: we get with window, clean BUT small!
So smal that the airconditioning is to big for the room; you get to much cold wind eight in your face!

Very satisfied with the service of this hotel...whatever we requested we got straight away...the cleanliness of the hotel was good although a little dusty...but the bed we got wasn't the best because it looked like the bottom was broken...when we woke up, our body ached...but mostly it was the best because all the facilities were there.
