The room is in a great location, with complete facilities. It is built above the sea, and the viewing platform has a first-class view of the sea. However, I feel that the service and maintenance have not kept up and need to be improved.

A little misleading.. Thought booking Lexis PD but messy private and management tussle. Poorly maintained. Toilet light not working, bidet leaking and wash basin tap faulty. Don't have after office hour mainteance team. This unit not part of Lexis management although in Lexis PD thus cannot use parking and swimming pools etc.

ok la..for people who really want to take their kids to swim at the beach in Teluk Kemang while patrolling the area. But hopefully they can try to play at the hotel pool, that would be better. Everything else is ok and best

Friendly owner..the place is clean n cozy✨easy to find the unit even not allowed to use the swimming pool but we enjoyed the view from the unit and kids were happy with the beach nearby 🌈
