It was our 10th stay at Aparthotel Flora. The staff are the most pleasant hotel staff we have ever met. They make the stay all the more enjoyable. Great hotel in one of the loveliest places we've ever stayed. See you in August 26. The Hales!!!

Thank you so much Sonia, Pedro and the rest of the team for another fantastic stay at the Flora. This was our 10th year and we absolutely love the place. The staff are very friendly and very efficient (that's every one of them). I've mentioned all the individual good stuff (rooms, pool etc) in previous reviews and it's all just the same - excellent! Suffice to say, if you want a relaxing place to stay while in Puerto Pollensa then this is the place for you. Good, well equiped and spotless rooms, super pool, great bar/snack area and a large reception area with lots of seating. So close to the beach area, but just set back to allow a liitle haven of peace and quiet in the evenings. As I said - we love it! (p.s, we'll be back soon...)

This was our 5th time staying in the Flora....cant recommend it enough. Location is perfect and everything you need for a family holiday. Some nice changes this year to the breakfast area and the bar. Shout out to the staff who are so helpful and friendly, especially Jose & Francesca!

This is our fourth stay in this gem! Location is amazing, lovely pool area, perfect for families. Accommodation is a little bit dated but otherwise it’s perfect for our needs. Glad to see this year there was no shortage of sunbeds. We will be back.

Excellent location, short walk to the beach. Supermarket opposite the premises. Rooms are spacious, beds were comfortable, good storage. The weather was hotter than expected and thankfully the air con was fantastic. There was a small balcony with a table and two chairs. No issues with the shower or toilet. Staff were lovely particularly the reception staff. We would definitely return.

We tend to spend a few nights here each year before moving on to spend a few weeks in our main apartment in Puerto de Pollenca - cheaper mid-week flights almost cover the cost of the stay and give us a few extra days on the port. Very highly recommend! Such great value, in a superb location. Rooms and complex are spotlessly clean and the whole experience is fun, friendly, and welcoming. Staff couldn’t be more helpful.

I’m still here as I type! I’ll admit this is not our usual choice of hotel… we usually go 4 star, but this was a last minute booking and we wanted to be near fiends who were staying nearby. But what a lovely hotel! The greeting and check in was fabulous and every staff member we’ve spoken to have been extremely pleasant … nothing seems too much trouble! The pool area is small, has limited sunbeds and is full of kids, so we won’t be staying around the pool, but the kids seem to love it! It’s not really a space for boring old farts 😀 The snack bar is quite expensive and the food OK ish! The apartment is better than expected. Great facilities and very spacious for two of us. Can’t fault it at all. Beds are firm as others have said, but that suits us. Neighbour is smoking as I type and the smell is very unpleasant. It’s a shame smoking is still permitted on the balconies. We’ve yet to explore, but the location seems to be very good. Would I return? Possibly yes for a short stay, but if I wanted a pool (which I did really) then this isn’t the hotel for me. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with it, it’s just more for families.

Just back from the Flora, had a wonderful time. Apartment was clean, great aircon and I had all I needed. I was situated overlooking the pool, which as I was on my own was wonderful , I was able to watch everyone enjoying the facilities from my balcony. I agree its not up to the minute decor but the staff and the extremely friendly atmosphere makes up for this. Staff are great, all of them, and holiday makers too were very pleasant to me, which counts a great deal when you are on your own. Will be booking again next year, most definately.
