Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und höflich! Das Essensangebot ist sehr reichhaltig. Die Zimmer/ Appartments modern mit schönem Blick auf die Poollandschaft.
Der Spa Bereich ausreichend, die Saunen und der Aufenthaltsraum könnten wärmer sein. Die gereichten Getränke im Spa sind eine sehr angenehme Geste. Wir können das Hotel im März empfehlen, wie es in der Hochsaison wäre ist für uns nicht einschätzbar.

Excelente hotel con una gran ubicación para el ciclismo de ruta. Buenas habitaciones, agradable atención, muy buenas instalaciones y un muy buen desayuno. Habitaciones amplias con vista hacia una muy linda piscina. Bien atendidos y nos sentimos muy bien recibidos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marsenses Puerto Pollensa. We were welcomed very late at night by a friendly receptionist, who settled us in with a drink, and the hotel had also left some food in our room, due to our late arrival. It was just what we needed when we arrived. The hotel itself had a good level of cleanliness and the room, pool area, restaurant were all very lovely. The food available as Half Board was extremely good quality with a fantastic choice available. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, but particular thanks goes to Alex in the restaurant, who was so very warm and hospitable. On our final evening, there was a music group singing, which was a great way to end our holiday. We would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Lovely hotel . Would defo return . Rooms were good. Food top notch . Drinks at a good price . But most of all the staff were amazing . Always a smile and waiting to help you at all times . What I loved about Marsensis was how they allowed there amazing staff to join in and have fun with there guests . It was like the staff were with you on holiday . Felt sad to be leaving all those guys . . Love them all .
