Absolute fantastic stay once again our second vist and did not disappoint. The hotel is so clean the staff are fantastic from the moment you arrive they are there for you. The food is amazing different dining experience every night. We will be returning next year our favourite place to stay. A big shout out to Nando Carla and Marta could not have been more helpful especially when I have walking difficulties. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible for you. Nando is such a gentleman and very helpful as of all of the staff from waiters and waitresses to cleaning staff. Keep up the great work faultless. 👍

Our first visit to Puerto Pollensa, and really glad the experience of this brilliant resort was at the Marsenses. We booked a junior suite, which on arrival the terrace was not pool facing which was initially a bit disappointing, but as it was we actually preferred the mountain view it offered, suite is really well equipped, good storage, good floor space, firm but comfy bed, no issues overall. Initial concerns from previous reviews recently about ‘sun bed wars’ were quickly dispelled by the measures the hotel had already implemented, no towels down before 8am, and beds were always readily available even though the hotel was at capacity. Pool area and pool itself is superb, very clean and welcoming, really tranquil and relaxing, table service available from the bar if you have a table with your beds. Restaurant area is large, breakfast and dinner buffets really well stocked with an extensive choice, staff very attentive and service is of a high standard overall. Hotel location is perfect, 100 metres from the beach and the pine walk, spar shop is 30 metres from the door, great for early morning runs/walks along the beach. A fantastic hotel with great amenities, including gym & spa, in a brilliant location, we will be returning!

Loved every second. The staff are amazing. A wide variety of food of an excellent standard. I was a little worried as we have always eaten out, having travelled to the Port for 20 years. No need! The service, staff & quality of food is great. The reception staff are all so helpful and kind. A few small issues were dealt with by Karina. Her kindness and lovely gift to apologise for any inconvenience was very much appreciated. Booked for next year. What a fantastic experience! Thank you all!

We recently stayed for 5 nights in the Junior Suite, it was exceptionally clean. The staff were very helpfull and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel, the food and service was very good. We will return to this hotel without a doubt. 10/10

Our 2nd year in Marsenses, we cannot fault this immaculate, friendly hotel. Lovely rooms, probably 1 of the nicest, cleanest swimming pools I’ve ever swum in and the breakfast and dinner buffets are first class. ALL the staff here are friendly, helpful, kind-we booked our July 2026 holiday within a week of returning from this year’s break there.

Just returned from first visit to Mar Senses and will definitely be back!-great location 5 minute walk from Pine Walk -beautiful hotel with staff who are so friendly and helpful - special mention to Joan and Salma at reception and Natalia and Alba from the restaurant/bar - these lovely people were so attentive and really enhanced our experience. Rooms are equipped with small kitchen which we found particularly useful - food in the restaurant was excellent- plenty of of choice with special dishes on various nights — after reading previous reviews I was concerned about the sunbed issue but I witnessed no ‘towel wars’ or beds reserved from 6am- a few days after our arrival the hotel advised sunbeds cannot be reserved before 8am and this appeared to work very well with there always being plenty of availability -wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a visit
