It has a beautiful private pool of recent construction surrounded by a spacious garden that allows outdoor games making it ideal for family vacations and especially with children. Fully equipped and renovated has WIFI, satellite TV, air conditioning and a ping-pong.

Beautiful property, 10-15 mins from marina. Outside area lovely to sit around pool, we ate outside on the terrace which was lovely, spar 5 mins walk away. Bedrooms all en-suite, clean and well equipped. Group of 6 celebrating a 50 th, would stay again. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Christina was a fantastic host and helped us when we encountered a bit of a problem with our online food shop. The pool area is amazing and was cleaned twice during our visit. The amenities and facilities were exceptional, with plenty of kitchenware, towels, and other essentials. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this villa. Cristina was always on hand should we have any queries. The outside area and pool are lovely. The villa was only a 10 minute walk to the local Spar and the beach is at the end of the street. A lovely quiete residential area but close enough to restaurants and the pine walk into town. Would definitely like to come back again in the future

Fab short getaway!
The property was clean and tidy on arrival and in an excellent location. We could easily walk to the bars and restaurants and to the stunning coastline. The outside area is the best part of the villa with a gorgeous pool and patio area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family accommodation close to the Pine Walk
The villa is spacious, well maintained and stocked. Bedrooms had plenty of storage and all had aircon units. Bathrooms all had modern fitted showers and hot water supply was plentiful.The outdoor area was immaculately maintained with a good size salt water pool. Seating areas offered protection from the sun and there is also an outside BBQ (note that it’s traditional coal fired type) as well as a table tennis table.The villa is a 5 minute or so stroll to the Pine Walk and Pollensa Bay, and then it’s a picturesque 15-20 walk along the shore into town.The host was both helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. Would stay again!

4 night stay with friends
We had a fantastic stay, villa surpassed all of our hopes and expectations. Lovely space, lots of outdoor space and great sleeping arrangements (we were a group of 7 adults). Location was perfect. Very good and easy communication with our host.

Perfect Family Destination
Nice spacious property with a lovely pool and only a short stroll to the sea. Perfect for a multigenerational family holiday. Everything from booking to arrival and departure went smoothly. Cristina was easily contactable and helpful. We hope to return.
