We spent 2 days in this hotel. I really liked the location, city center, right on the embankment. We had a room with a sea view. The beach is nearby, a gorgeous view from the window, we will attach photos. Nice staff, responsive, arrived very late at night. I don’t know whether our message about this reached them or not, but we were met and accommodated. It was already almost 2 am. The only thing I didn’t like and I can’t help but say this. Very, very small shower stall. And also, we asked for a double bed but our request was not fulfilled. Will I come back here? Of course yes!

Nuestra experiencia en la habitacion ha sido genial. Las instalaciones estan renovadas y limpias. El hostal fantástico, no le falta detalle. La ubicación immejorable. Pero sin duda, lo que mas nos gusto fue el personal, ya que fue muy agradable. Nos ayudaron todos durante toda nuestra estancia, os lo agradecemos. Repetiremos sin duda!

Hostal en el centro del Puerto de Alcudia. Personal atento y servicial, cama cómoda y espacios limpios. La vista desde la habitación es espectacular: el amanecer se ve genial desde la terraza de la habitación :) Repetiría sin duda, un 10!!!

Pire hôtel que j’ai fais ! Je déconseille, à fuir: chambre mal propre, douche à peine utilisable tellement elle est petite, climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas en pleins mois d’août, solution donné par l’hôtel: un ventilateur… Fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas donc la chaleur extérieure rentre, vue de la chambre: une débarras ! (Photos à l’appuie). Personnel très désagréable ne voulant absolument pas trouver de solution pour ses clients. Entretien des locaux inacceptable ! Reste chers pour se que c’est ! This hostel is in an excellent location, the rooms were clean and shower gel and shampoo was provided in a dispenser on the wall. Air conditioning was also provided. Staff on reception were friendly. Negatives I paid the same price as other hostels/hotels in Mallorca whilst travelling around the island and this one was the worst, mainly due to the fact there was no hairdryer, not even a cup/glass provided in the bathroom. Rooms were ridiculously small, beds were uncomfortable and pillows terrible. OK for just a couple of nights if you want a good location.

It seems like a real shame to me. First problems paying and they asked me to make a transfer. Second, the room with a double bed that I booked when I arrived did not have it and they gave us one with two beds.... Third, the facilities should be urgently inspected, I have been a risk prevention technician and that "building" that is not level (I money game) has incredible structural irregularities for being open on the seafront of Alcudia. The doors of the rooms do not fit, closing it is an odyssey, the sink hanging from the part that sticks to the wall about to fall with three silicone threads, critical light points visible that I imagine they would be repairing that day, there without covering nor assure in any way. It is one thing to be a cheap hostel and not expect anything out of this world, and another thing is to fall asleep wondering if the building will hold up. If you are undergoing renovations, close the building properly and do them, not with people staying in there

I have to put a star, because if not, I can't edit the review, but what I should put is, at least, a minus 5 stars. We did not like anything, neither the treatment, nor the staff, nor the management. We could not stay due to a late schedule change from the shipping company, and they, after asking them, justifying the reason, but they did not want to cancel the reservation without charge, €103.05. We asked them, since we couldn't stay, and we already had excursions booked in the area, if we could at least have breakfast, and they told us yes, to come in and they would give us a ticket to a nearby restaurant. We went at 7 in the morning, as we informed them, and there was no one at the reception, we called at least 5 times and they did not pick up the phone. Total, a disaster, a bad experience and with €103.05 less in my pocket.

It is used to sleep and that's it. There is almost no space in the shower, the rooms are nothing special and beautiful, what they say is beautiful, it is not. But at least it's cheap and it's in a good place to walk around the port and with the beach at nothing.
