Lovely hotel,staff are amazing nothing was too much trouble. Emilo the head chef makes the best breakfast omlettes. Very clean loads of chill out areas. Lots of entertainment on offer. Very good location. Definitely will be returning again.

I can't thank bahia de alcudia enough for the wonderful holiday my daughter and I had,everything was fantastic,our room,the food,the surroundings but especially the staff....Gabriel,Barto,Dani,Lazaro.. Marja,Monica,Xisco,Raul,Deme and Milena,you guy's made our holiday,plenty of fun and laughs,first class service, never an empty glass, some of the nicest people I've met.Great entertainment absolutely nothing to fault 10/10 I will most definitely be back !!! On behalf of my daughter and myself Gracias, much love,adios until next year guy's

Probably the most fun place I've ever been to, Big pool, suitable for all ages, Pool, ping pong, fun entertainment, secure rooms, fun activities for everyone every single night, kind staff, massive food court, Like a 5 star hotel but better. How do I rate 10 stars

Leuk personeel goede schone kamer goedkoop en lekker eten in de buurt van t strand erg luxe, goed welkom en goed met het ov is ook erg goedkoop en kan overal heen met het ov in de buurt is een bus halte en kan ook in de buurt een auto huren,scooter,quad

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem sehr freundlichen Personal, ob an der Rezeption oder an der Bar. Wir haben sehr entspannte Tage verbracht, abends sehr viel Spaß gehabt und anschließend wunderbar geschlafen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, zum Strand 5 Minuten und zur Altstadt von Alcudia ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Im Restaurant sind glutenfreie Gerichte gekennzeichnet, es gab immer eine gute Auswahl, das war für uns wichtig. Alles sehr lecker und frisch. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

We visited Bahia de Alcudia beginning of October for 11 nights and from the moment we arrived at the reception we were made to feel like family. Fantastic staff in all areas of the hotel, great facilities, good location (with it being a short 5 min stroll to the beach or slightly longer to the Port), tons of shops and restaurants nearby and even the excursion pick up point is only metres away from the entrance of the hotel. We went for the Junior suite and could not fault it whatsoever. Very clean, spacious and a nice large terrace. The gym and spa is well equipped and I made good use of that on a daily basis. Food was good, nice selection, good variety and chefs were constantly cooking fresh refills. Gluten free wasn't an issue either with lots of options available and restaurant staff being very knowledgeable on what is/and isn't an option for you. Special shout out to all the staff who were always making an effort to make you feel welcomed, Cesar and his excellent team in the restaurant -who were VERY helpful with our son, who has additional needs, and my Mother-in-law, who has celiac disease- Andrea on reception, Monica, Gabriel, Joan, Dani in the bar, Milena & Demi in entertainment. Cleaning staff also deserve a special mention as our room (115 from 1st Oct-12th Oct) was cleaned exceptionally well every day. 5 star experience all round and would return. Tip: Go all inclusive premium where all food and drink is included as well as a number of extras. It is exceptional value!

Great autumn break in a pleasant and comfortable hotel close to a picturesque port, set in beautiful gardens, with high quality and varied food for breakfast, lunch and dinner Extremely hard working and friendly staff in the kitchens and restaurant (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️), in the bar (Monica and Lazaro ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) and the Entertainment team lead by the very personable and engaging Milena ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️).
