Nuestra estancia está siendo de 10. Habitaciones e instalaciones limpias, cómodas y decoradas con mucho gusto. Pero no solo el espacio hace que un lugar sea perfecto, es la calidad humana y los trabajadores que tienen en el hotel. Desde el personal de recepción, pasando por la atención del personal del buffet (quienes nos aconsejaron millones de cosas que hacer en la isla), los animadores y personal de limpieza y sobretodo destacar la atención del personal del bar, hacemos mención a Barto y Juan pero ninguno se queda corto. Son simpáticos, alegres y bailarines y hacen que la estancia sea muy amena. Generan un gran ambiente y lo estamos pasando de maravilla. ¿Recomendaría este hotel? SIN LUGAR A DUDAS.

We were a family of 9 and honestly we had the best trip. Although the weather wasn't on our side for a couple of days, everything was just perfect. The facilities and the food were great but the most important thing was the staff. A big shout out to Juan, Barto and the entertainment staff. Thanks again!!

El hotel cumple con todo lo necesario para garantizar una estancia confortable y permitirte descansar durante las vacaciones. Sin embargo, lo que realmente lo convierte en una experiencia memorable es la calidad humana y profesionalidad de su personal, especialmente en la zona de cafetería y bar. Quiero destacar a Juan, Barto y a todo el equipo de la cafetería (lamento no recordar todos los nombres, pero cada uno ha dejado huella) porque hacen que quieras volver y que nunca se acabe tu estancia. Su calidez, amabilidad y la felicidad con la que desempeñan su trabajo otorgan al hotel un valor añadido incalculable. Nunca antes había visto a un equipo tan entregado y sonriente, transmitiendo alegría genuina a los clientes y creando un ambiente único. Gracias a ellos, más allá de las buenas instalaciones y la comodidad de las habitaciones, la verdadera razón por la que recomendaría este hotel es el trato excepcional de su gente. Sin duda, el personal de cafetería transforma una buena estancia en unas vacaciones inolvidables. Que nada os cambie.

Great service from all bartenders - including Lázaro. The hotel is very close to the beach and market in the old town in Alcudia.

Die ganze Hotel Anlage ist super. Deme und Milena sind ganz toll und super herzlich. Die komplette Bar Crew ist außergewöhnlich stark. Man merkt, dass sie ein echtes Team sind. Und das ist sehr selten geworden. Besonders gut sind mir folgende Barkeeper/ Kellner aufgefallen. Bartho Xisco Juan Viktor Maria Danny Biel Jona Lazaro ist auch sehr nett, aber oft ein bisschen zu ernst. Keine Kritik, nur ein Hinweis. Ich arbeite seit über 25 Jahren in der Hotellerie und Gastronomie und weiß es sehr zu schätzen. Ihr seid alle toll. Danke für alles. Liebe Grüße Fiona Mac Gowan

My recent stay at Hotel Bahia de Alcudia Hotel was fantastic! The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to ensure everyone enjoyed their stay. We opted for all inclusive which is excellent for children and each day the buffet was varied and delicious with plenty of options. The hotel is conveniently located near to the beach and in a great position to explore the town.I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if I visit again.

I had the best stay ever! We were looked after by everyone so well. The bed the food all was amazing. Especially the service from Xisco & Victor thank you so much we will definitely return for another break

The hotel was incredible. I dont have anything bad to say about the food. We had champagne on arrival and the cocktails were very good (once we upgraded to premium. The staff were incredible! Big shout out to Maria, Barto, Juan, Raul, Xisco and Victor! The entertainment was great. Not a lot to do outside of the hotel but some nice restaurants. Old Town is about a 15 minute walk with some nice markets. Will definitely be coming back!
