Squeaky clean, basic 2 star motel. Good wi-fi, fully controllable a/c, plenty of electric outlets, microwave and min-fridge. The pool is closed but we didn't care. Just a note: a smallish TV (32 inch?) but the largest safe I have ever seen in a hotel room...A reasonable place to stay and as I said ..squeaky clean

Our first priority is pet friendly and this hotel is the highest reviewed for people traveling with the pooch. The staff is always friendly. The hotel is older and things are noticeable but it is clean and close to family nearby so we visit often. No elevator and this was our first time on the second floor. Pros and cons to that but overall we were happy with this stay.

Loved the location of this Best Western. It is very close to Lake Erie shoreline. You have a Bob's big boy across the highway and there are plenty of restaurants with 5 miles too. The place looked calm and there is a lot of parking. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, the carpet was clean and bathroom was a decent sized one. The bed was firm and you get many channels on the TV. The good thing is the staff offered extra towels in the morning. There is a small outdoor pool in the front.

We are here now. Was deciding on a few hotels and chose this one. It’s 10 minutes from African Safari and also from Millers Ferry which is why we are here. For 2 nights for a double room (2 beds) on a Sunday and Monday I paid $173! Has everything I wanted and more- great pool, great free breakfast, fridge/microwave and free parking. The room is huge and has something I’ve never seen- an entrance into the hotel hallway and also an exit into the back parking lot directly in front of our car. Jolly Roger Seafood directly across the street which was very good. Front desk person very nice and room and hotel very clean. FYI- the hotel was pretty empty I’m sure because of end of the summer and many schools have gone back but the breakfast was huge and well stocked! Perfect time of year to go!

This Hotel is in need of a remodel kinda run down but our room was clean and bed and pillows were decent. Our Room with 2 double beds was over $300.00 for 1 night in my opinion it was more like a $125.00 room. The Hotel Location was convenient for our needs.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Just needed a nice place for my family and kids to stay for 1 night but it was a mistake . The room was dirty, smelly and left black filth on my daughter feet. Bathroom smelled. Rough towels and low water pressure despite a low occupancy. Breakfast was absolute junk food.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were surprised when we arrived and found that there was no elevator, but we were able to deal with that. We were NOT greeted very kindly when we arrived 37 minutes before checkin to ask if it was possible that our room was ready. The front desk agent was very rude to our group as well as several others that were there. Housekeeping were very friendly and our room was extremely clean!

We were able to get a room with two double beds on Memorial Weekend, when all the hotels were full. The price was Very affordable! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were all friendly and polite. We did not try the breakfast, but it looked and smelled good when we passed by the lobby. We had a view of Lake Erie from our room. There were two restaurants across the street and the shore line is behind them. I must also mention that the front entrance door opens manually, which makes it a bit difficult to pull your luggage through. And there are two floors, but no elevator. The staff offered to carry our bags up for us, but it was only 16 steps and we packed light so we just carried them ourselves. I recommend this Best Western and would stay here again.

Bathrooms are immaculate! Breakfast has several options. Lake Erie is a short walk across the street. As well as several good options on both sides. Great location!
