Bugs in room. Rooms were ok. Bed comfortable. Pillows... Not so much. You could definitely tell what was remodeled and what was NOT. Next morning before check out, I caught house keeping peeking in my window. And then started trying to talk to me through the window. I went to door... I think she was asking me when I was going to be leaving. Check out is 11am. It was 10am. Then right at 11, as I was finishing packing up my car. Geeze. I'm leaving!!

This was an excellent place to stay. However the morning time manager has some real customer service issues. I cannot remember her name but I’m sure I’m not the only one who has ever complained about her. The rest of the staff at the front desk were awesome. The cleaning crew will beat your door down at 11 am sharp! They will also direct you to the front door and remind you of the check out time. Blonde lady.. she will barge in without warning. Beware. Be dressed.. or actually be ready to show her what she wants to apparently see.

Brittany has been one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and friendly professionals I have had the opportunity to work with. She and the entire team are absolutely tops. Jerry came in on his day off to get our plumbing working again. Trent the general manager has over 30 years experience and it shows with his level of care in every detail for guests and also the team. Everyone has gone above and beyond. Darlene wears many hats and is always ready to help. The cleaning crew are friendly and very efficient. The site is very well kept and the location could not be better. There is a laundry room and work out area on the first floor. Our kitchen is user friendly and we did not need to bring any dishes or cooking utensils. Other guests are pleasant and warm.
