I stayed in this hotel from Feb 20 to 25, 2025 for 5 nights. Rooms are just OK. Service was very poor. Room was not serviced for entire period of our stay. One day we have only requested for service, and they have not changed the bedsheets and towels. Regarding food, it was nightmare for us after eating food in their restaurant. Food taste is also not up to the mark. Very expensive! We got stomach upset and have to rush to Dr for treatment. Checkout time is very inconvenient as it is fixed at 8.30 am. I was astonished to know this timing as normal standard checkout timing in India is around 11am or 12 noon.

Hotel is at very centre point of the portblair every thing is so close to it. The house keeping is up to the mark. Very prompt service. The boy mukesh is very polite very honest and caring.

absolute rubbish, 1 star rating is more for this no interiors in room, like a homestay, untrained staff, manager on leave on account of one or another, Non packed water, No pick, No drop facility even on request absolute 1000 - 1500 rupee level hotel not per day as shown.
