OMG! Definitely not a good experience with this property, booked them for 2 nights, 6 rooms for my family checkin. Here are positives and negatives from my personal experience; Positives: (very few) Staff like Prasenjit and other one on night duty are open to feedback and would like to serve guests in their own capability. View from Level 4 is nice. Negatives: (read the list) We reached at 1pm, rooms were not ready. Checkin time is 11:30am. We went to have lunch in their restaurant, waited for 15 minutes, no one came to take order, got to know they were under staffed, we realised and went to Annapurna by cab. When we checked in again after coming back from Neil Island, staff apologised for last experience and assured they would serve us better this time. Again went for Dinner at the restaurant at 8pm, no table was available. Staff assured us to wait in the rooms, they would arrange and call us. At 09:20 pm they told us to visit some other place as they cant serve us. (Port Blair, every place gets close by 09:30pm and they kept us waiting from 08 till 09:20 and we were travelling with seniors and kids - imagine) Service levels are horrible. Breakfast is at floor 4 and kitchen at floor 1, lift works so slow and your breakfast experience can never be good. Every other guest was either waiting for food or complaining. Rooms are just basic, furniture is not polished, washrooms are small, showers leak. Not a good experience by any standards. Please look for other options in Port Blair.
