Thanks Servotel for your service during my last stay. Overall, recommend hotel based on location and front line staff support. The rooms here are a bit aged and might need a little refreshing (wish beds were a bit more firm). The location is great - directly across from airport - with good security and nicely groomed property. The restaurant and bar staff aim to please and service is good. However food delivery times can be a bit long (typically 45 - 60 minutes). Gym, pool area and common areas are available and ok.

L’hôtel est très bien situé si vous cherchez près des aéroports. Toutefois on sent peu d’empressement pour servir le client. Les chambres ont dû être très bien mais ça se détériore: les rénovations sont de piètre qualité sans parler de l’odeur d’humidité. Si Port au Prince était un endroit sûr, je ne crois pas que ce serait mon premier choix

There are cockroaches in the rooms, the air conditioning in room 205 sounds very loud and prevents sleep.

I'd like to thank Servotel and their team for a great experience. It usually the go to hotel when staying near the airport. The customer service was great and thank you to Ms. Tara for handling my parents' reservation and ensuring they arrived and departed safely. I will continue to refer this hotel to my family and friends. I've been coming to this location since 2018.

The furnitures in the room was in very poor condition,carpet was dirty, room dark and smell of humidity . AC was not cool enough could not adjust thermostat, broken night lamp and bathroom fixtures . I had some of my hair products taken when housekeeping entered my room the very first time to clean it had to resort to not having my room clean for the remaining of my stay . Good luck as delicious though and front desk employees were very kind and proffessional. Great location minutes away from airport

Great location and good security. Food is good, but coffee is just ok considering how good Haitian coffee can be. My room was fine aside from weak A/C unit.

The room I was assigned was not worth $182.70 per night. No washcloths, no floor towels, beat-up tub with all kinds of amateur fixtures. Most of the staff aren't friendly either, they have a certain type of guest that they are friendly with.
