El Rancho de convirtió en mi hogar durante casi dos meses q estuve allí por trabajo! A pesar de las ya difíciles condiciones de PaP, allí me sentí segura, acogida. Anoop y su equipo fueron siempre amables, cálidos y dispuestos a ayudar! Tal vez recomendaría tratar de tener un menú más variado (para estadías largas sobretodo) y más aire en el gym. Las personas del restaurante q hablaban español y los meseros, todos maravillosos! Hasta cake de despedida tuve :)

I am Marie Beigel The managers Anoop, Alexandro, Chef Gabby were super excellent. Well-spoken, warm welcoming food was outstanding. A small inconvenience happened to me with one of the employees on Sunday at the buffet, which made me uncomfortable at the dessert table instead make a scene I walked out without saying anything. Surprise when i back to my table and tried to order something to eat Chef Gabby intervened to see why I was not eating It made me feel very special and happy. I never see a team put themself together like that to put the customer first. Thank you El Rancho for making me feel at home. I recommend it to anyone with your family or by yourself there is no way you can find better than that. thank you again

J'ai séjourné un week-end à l'hôtel pour mon mariage et c'était super. L'accueil était agréable des personnes disponibles et à l'écoute au niveau de la réception ( Alexandro et Hertho). J'ai eu une petite carte et une attention particulière le soir de mon mariage. La chambre était propre, bien rangée et le buffet délicieux et beaucoup de choix pour le petit-déjeuner.

J’ai eu un beau Séjour L’accueil était au top Le service rapide Je vous recommande cet hôtel Vraiment rien reprocher Le réceptionniste était vraiment gentil il m’a aidé avec mon téléphone qui n’avait plus de batterie. J’ai vraiment apprécié ce geste cela montre que peut importe le problème ils sont là pour nous apporter leur soutien.

NH El Rancho is a top choice of mine when in town. As always the staff was friendly, check in was seamless. The room was clean. It was very good to see them busy again with weekend pool party in full action. I will continue to patron NH El Rancho

El Rancho is a beautiful hotel with an excellent, very professional and very friendly staff. I stayed there for quite a long time (more than a month!) during a period of serious instability in Port-au-Prince. Their security is excellent - very tight yet also friendly guards. The hotel was immaculate and it was great to have a gym, pool and restaurant on site. 24 hour electricity and very responsive assistance with any problems. They also have meeting rooms. The organization I work for will definitely use this facility again. Thank you for everything!
