Lake Crescent Lodge

Spread out and dated. Place and beach covered with non guest using area during day. This all took away from what would have been relaxing lake get away. Dinning hall limited menus, food ok, cute area. Arrived to someone on our room, door was not locked and they went in despite it not being their room. Sunset was magical, crowds lessened and lake is divine.

We went to dine at the lodge for Father's day, 2025. We were seated quickly, but after about 17 minutes I needed to ask one of the staff if there is a waiter or waitress assigned to our table. Other patrons that came later than us were getting served quickly. About 5 minutes after I sought help, a slender male waiter with a beard came to take our order. He was very abrupt and although he took our order, he neglected our table over the lunch period. I needed to find him to bring us a refill on coffee, even though I saw him serving nearby tables with a coffee refill. Simply rude. The food was very good. Our food was brought to our table by two other waitresses. I suspect our food was at the kitchen, waiting to be delivered to us, and he simply was going to make us wait, since someone brought to his attention that I sought out a waiter/waitress, and it was his table.

Beautiful setting but the filthiest accommodations I've ever experienced despite paying $521 per night! Very apparent the shower and the toilet hadn't been cleaned in weeks and there was dirt caked into the floors. The housekeeping staff was non-responsive to any requests. Save your money and visit on a day trip.

The only thing good is the location and friendly staff. Otherwise, it is terrible. The rooms in the Fireside building are smelly (old grandpa body odor). The smell wears off on your pj's and hair, yuck!! The rooms are comparable to a roadside motel. See pictures. How hard is it to sand and paint holes in the wall?? There are few beach chairs on the beach (one was broken) and guests were forced to sit on logs. There were no trash cans visible and the property paths are trip hazards. Not worth the price.

went to the Lodge to have a late lunch and drinks with an out of town guest, looking forward to relaxing in the sunporch and admiring the view. We arrived 30 minutes before the stopped taking food orders at 2:30p - but, we didn't get to the bar to order until 2:33p - not because there were that many people in line (there wasn't) but because the bartender took his time talking to people, allowing people to cut in to order drinks, and generally taking his time to get to us. It was ridiculous and very bad service. We are locals and go to the Lodge frequently, we have never had such poor service and such a bad attitude by the bartender for his mistake

If I had a cottage the price would have felt right or the upstairs of the two-story building & I would go again but I would not be downstairs of the two story building cuz I heard the person above me way too much, unfortunately kept me up... ALOT Otherwise, I really enjoyed it & I got my food to go in the bar cuz I didn't have a reservation for the restaurant,. sat outside at the far end from the Hotel on a lounge chair and enjoyed my meal with the peace and quiet.. beautiful nature 💐🕊️🫶
