We enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean and the stuff was friendly,there was one guy I think he was at the reception, he's good at taking care of guests(Vuyo)

When i booked, it stated that my child would sleep on bed. Only for him to be given a very thin mattress in this cold weather. Please advertise what you do have. The receptionist /manager was not helpful. Highlander club were very friendly.

The room is constable with all you need inside. Bed is good. Breakfast is the best ever the food is excellent. Parking is also safe

The service was exceptional. Staff very friendly and room was always clean which made it pleasant to sleep in. However, we didn’t enjoy the breakfast served.

What a fantastic time we had at the Royal St Andrews Hotel in Port Alfred. A huge thank you to the very friendly staff, from reception to the cleaning staff. Difford you are a real asset to the hotel and your menu suggestions for The Thistle Restaurant were exceptional. Our breakfasts at The Paper Nautilus were superb and The Highlander Pub suppers were a real treat. Thank you Robin for the lovely food. Difford and Robin you two make an amazing duo.

This is the place to book when you need to rejuvenate, rest and pamper yourself. They have 3 resturants on site, your choice, you do not need to leave the hotel till your check out. Truly amazing friendly people, from reception to resturants.

Very nice modern hotel in a good location, with excellent rooms, delicious breakfast and good service. Some small maintenance issues, but recommended. The traditional Highlander Pub for drinks and food is next to the hotel, the beach is about 8. minutes walk

I truly enjoyed visiting the Old Pub and the Old side of your building. Enjoy a wonderful Chocolate Orange cake there, absolutely worth writing home about.
