KTM Sunny Villas

From the very start of our stay we were welcomed warmly by Giannis and Miranda. We arrived around 9 in the evening. They were waiting to check us in, a very quick process. Giannis then whipped our cases away snd carried them up the many steps to our lovely studio. The following morning we woke to the most magnificent view imaginable. The place is very clean and well cared for, with a lovely swimming pool. Our studio had everything we needed including a lovely big balcony. It was very quiet although only a 20 minute walk to the lively port. A small supermarket was a few minutes walk away and the lovely Kanali beach a similar distance. Giannis and Miranda were the perfect hosts. We can't wait to go back!

We were in Poros for the first time and once we arrived we went at the hotel that we had booked to check in. But the hotel said that they didn't received our reservation ( even though we made it through a platform) and we had no place to stay. We saw this hotel and we went there to ask if they had a room available for us. Luckily the owner not only found a room for us, but he was also extremely helpful and welcoming!! The room we had offered a BREATHTAKING sea view! Out stay was great, very comfortable and pleasant! I would totally recommend it!!!!

Just home from a fantastic stay at KTM Villas in Poros, Greece. Nearest beach with 2 bars was 50m away & the lovely Apartment with amazing views was ideally located within walking distance to all areas of Poros, the harbour 15mins, Askeli beaches & bars 10mins & Russian Bay beaches & bars 10mins. The owners, Yannis & his wife Miranda were amazing hosts & couldn’t do enough for us, so friendly & welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Great value for money & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this as a great base for exploring the gorgeous island of Poros. We hired a moped for 2 days from the hire shop across the road, £25 per day. As the island is a safe place to ride around with its 20mph-30mph speed limits. Both room & pool area were immaculate. Lots of steps so therefore may not suit anybody with mobility problems. My wife & I are well traveled & really enjoyed this holiday, something different to do everyday . Thanks again to Yannis & Miranda for making our stay so special. Would definitely return again. A great place to have vacation in Poros. Nice room, a great pool and quiet at the hotel area. I liked the view from the balcony and close to the beach with sunnybeds and umbrellas. The owners were very service-minded and very friendly. I ll be back there for sure!

We thought this was as excellent hotel. Clean rooms, great pool - very quiet - location excellent (2 mins from beach and a 10 minute walk into town / port. Very helpful owners - we had a lovely stay. Lots of steps to rooms - I imagine this might be a problem if you have mobility issues maybe?
