Appartement fonctionnel, parfait pour 2 à 4 personnes, agréable terrasse extérieure. Logement bien équipé en ustensiles de cuisine et serviettes de bains, le vrai plus pour moi de ce type de résidence. Pas de clim, mais on est resté au frais dans le logement malgré les premiers jours caniculaires. Agréable piscine (3 au total). très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Une semaine en juillet impeccable ! Population très respectueuse et donc particulièrement calme pour un mois de juillet. La résidence très spacieuse est bien entretenue et les logements sont très fonctionnels et propres (pour notre part). L’infrastructure est top avec un city stade / de grands espaces verts / 3 piscines…La piscine centrale chauffée et vraiment très agréable. Personnel très sympa / pro / réactif. Le seul petit bémol est sans doute une absence de climatisation qui pourrait vite devenir pénalisante en cas de chaleur un peu forte. Bref pour moi cet complexe mériterait certainement autant de reconnaissance que d’autres P&V qui disposent d’un label « prestige » pour une qualité parfois plus médiocre ! (Houlgate 👀).

La salle de bain au rez de chaussée n'était pas très propre ( joint noir) et celle à l'étage le sèche serviette était hors service. La piscine mérite un rafraîchissement. De plus les enfants sautent même parfois les adultes ce qui dérange tout le monde donc pas agréable. Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathique. Le prêt de jeux de société est un plus.

Lovely location 40 minute walk from pornichet. Nice 2 storey villas. Modern inside although dont look too closely, badly finished. Nice outside seating area. 3 pools, one inside. Play area for kiddies. Gated security parking. Very friendly staff. Less good bits. Shower very slippy, dangerous. The noise at night gangs of kids, ados run riot, noisey adults having parties until 3 am. No restauration on site but ubereats deliver.

Un accueil chaleureux et des employés très disponibles et sympathiques . Un coin livres et jeux . Une piscine agréable couverte. Tout est propre et bien entretenu. Le ménage a été très bien fait avant notre arrivée. Les jardins très agréables et les coins pour sportifs aussi. Bravo. Le prêt de matériel pour bebe neuf ou presque. Merci. Il me semble qu’il faudrait changer les matelas. Nous avons tous mal au dos .

Nous avons passé un moment agréable, l'établissement est très bien situé, calme, la détente sur place, piscines. Il se trouve à une dizaine de minutes à pieds d'une boulangerie,supermarché. Le personnel tres agréable. Nous ne regrettons pas cet endroit.

Noys avons apprécié l accueil, la propreté generale, le calme, le quartier, le rapport qualité prix le confort et l équipement du logement. Ainsi que les equipements a disposition (piscines int et ext sauna terrains basket...)
