The staff were very humble, loving and extremely helpful. Our tour guide did an amazing job at helping us understand the culture and island, she treated us like family always love when milly around, can't wait to book another trip with her.

Muy buena la atención del personal, la limpieza de las habitaciones, la variedad y lo sabroso de la comida, la animación en la piscina excelente. Pudieran mejorar los cócteles, la organización y logística de la ida y regreso del club de playa. los recomiendo y si volvería a hospedarme allí 🤩😎

I spent 4 days with some friends at Margarita Village. I had no expectations but was impressed with the welcome we received, the dancing the drinks!🥂💃. I liked it here😊. The staff was friendly and accomadating. Attending to any need that might pop up. Transport to the mall or beach..covered! I thoroughly enjoyed the grounds of the hotel. Being an animal lover, the iguanas and parrots were a joy to be around. There was a mango tree outside my room. I loved that! I enjoyed it so much I plan to visit again soon! Thanks for a great time Margarita Village...i'll be back🙌.

Muy mal servicio del personal que atiende. Alguno de ellos no dan la información correcta, o no dan soluciones. Las habitaciones están muy descuidadas, especialmente los baños. No es lo que se muestra en redes sociales. El servicio de traslado para uno de los Club de Playa no es garantizado. Hay que hacerlo por cuenta del huésped. La piscina con agua turbia y con música a muy alto volumen. Lo que no da opción a relajarse ni conversar con el acompañante. Porque hay un DJ y unos animadores hablado por micrófono. Cucarachas vivas en las caminerías del hotel.

Buenos días La verdad muy buen servicio. Solo algo que acotar en cuanto al bar que cierra a las 11pm Y ya uno queda como y ahora, si hay actividad hasta la 1am debería mantenerse abierto el bar, como normalmente se mantienen en otros hoteles, solo esa sugerencia tengo por ahí! Del resto todo excelente 🙌🏼

Buenísimo, se pasa un tiempo fuera de lo común, que es lo que buscamos todos después de un año de desgaste en el trabajo... excelente trato y cada uno de los sectores está muy preparado tanto para servir como para ofrecer una cordial estancia, nada mejor para disfrutar en familia
