We are disappointed with the lack of professionalism and security at the hotel. We suffered a serious case of harassment, we reported it to the hotel and they did not even want to call the police. We felt unprotected since the harasser threatened us with death, and the hotel did not respond to all this. There was no protection or security on their part and to top it off, scared, we had to leave the hotel early seeing the little security they provided us. A disaster in security. We are going to sue them.

Absolutely loved it. Anna at the pool bar was awesome, friendly, made great recommendations and the best bloody Mary’s 👌🏼 the hotel is clean, friendly, food is great. I would 100% recommend. We got an Uber to a nearby beach and walked back along the coastal path. It was amazing we saw places we never would have seen. Tried to make our way back to our hotel without leaving the sea but we had to give in. However it was truly amazing. Yet to experience the evening entertainment but I am happy and that’s what matters. Enjoy all

.We have just returned from our holiday. It was amazing from start to finish. The hotel is spotless, very comfortable beds and pillows, large rooms with balconies very friendly staff.. started from the reception..restaurant bars housekeeping pool even the maintenance staff. The food was delicious.. very large selection everyone will find something for themselves.. pizza made in a real pizza oven.. pasta burhers to this warm dishes always 2 soups, vegetables fruits desserts ice cream.. cheese board .. in addition drinks and 3 types of wine and beer with meals. something different every day.. delicious breakfasts, you will definitely not be hungry.. snack bar open 24/7. Loads of nice cocktails and drinks.. loads of entertainment. great evenings with shows. We were there with our 7 year old daughter, Khloe loved going to the kids club.. thanks again to the whole kids club team, you are the best. we had late check out.. which was no problem of course for an additional fee of 50e, it suited us because our flight was at 22:30. if u still thinking if to book i say 100%. We are thinking to go back next year.

We had the most horrendous experience. We went as a group of 19. Mums with children. Was supposed to be a lovely little getaway. Instead we had hundred of Spanish teen boys descend on the hotel for a football tournament which shouldn't of been an issue. However, one nearly pushed me down the stairs. They were squaring up to English Younger teen and younger boys. Pushing them in pools prank calling our rooms, setting off fire alarms. Breaking the lift. Pushing past out children on the spiral stair case to the slides. Pushing in the in restaurants. We kept having to leave places. One friend had to spend the day in A&E with her daughter with a suspected fracture after an incident in the pool. Most of our meals ended up being cold. I feel so so sorry for the staff. It was a complete waste of money. I'm a single mum. Saving up for something like this is hard. It was supposed to be a well deserved rest. I would like the name of the football tournament so I can contact them directly. I want to ask for compensation for the loss of the holiday from them.

First time at this hotel, but definitely will not be our last! Have already booked for next year and looking forward to staying again. I honestly haven't got a bad word to say about this hotel. The food is good, the drinks package is great (especially the cocktails) and the hotel is spotlessly clean and well looked after & the staff are ever so friendly. The only observation I would make is it could do with a courtesy bus to the town of Americo de pera. As the hotel it's self is located in Porches and a little isolated. Apart from that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

On arrival, our room was ready before 14:00 check in. The hotel is clean and tidy, staff are very friendly and happy to help. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and bathrooms have twin sinks, bath, shower toilet and bidet. Plenty of quality food choices to cater for everyone.

We had an overall good experience at Ukino Palmeiras Village. The rooms were clean, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The resort itself is well-maintained and has a professional feel—though at times, it felt a bit too professional, almost lacking that personal warmth you sometimes hope for on holiday. One downside was the all-inclusive policy on our check-out day. Despite having an evening flight, our all-inclusive wristbands were removed in the morning, which felt a little unfair and left us without access to food or drinks for the rest of the day. Another issue that impacted our stay was an unpleasant encounter with one of the staff baristas at the lounge bar—an older man with slicked-back grey hair, glasses. I found his attitude quite rude, and the way he looked and *analysed* my partner made me and her uncomfortable. His presence unfortunately dampened the overall experience, dropping what could have been a 5-star stay down to a 4. As for the food, it was decent overall. Like many all-inclusive options, it did get repetitive, so we opted to dine out in the evenings. That said, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality during the day—it definitely wasn’t bad. While there isn’t much open immediately nearby, Ubers are cheap and easy to get, so exploring the local area isn’t an issue. There’s also a beautiful beach just a short walk from the resort, with a scenic cave that’s worth visiting. All in all, a solid stay with a few hiccups—still enjoyable, but with room for improvement

The hotel is lovely and exceptionally clean. The room was nice, comfy beds, twin sink in bathroom, powerful shower and good wardrobe/drawer space. As it was March we didn’t expect as much variety in the food as there was. Every evening there were at least 2 meat choices and 2 fish choices plus lovely salad, rice, fries, soup, pizza and a pasta dish. Breakfast had a great selection too. The 24hr snack bar offered options like burgers, toasties, cakes and sandwiches. The hotel was quiet but the lounge bar still had a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The entertainment staff were really friendly. The bar offered lots of drinks choice and the reception staff were helpful and thoughtful. We will definitely go back to this hotel.
