La struttura può anche cercare di mantenere un certo standard, ma è tutto inutile con un direttore come questo. Un atteggiamento che definire maleducato e arrogante è un eufemismo. In anni di viaggi non mi era mai capitato di imbattermi in una figura tanto presuntuosa, indisponente e del tutto inadatta al contatto con il pubblico. Invece di ascoltare i clienti, alza i toni, interrompe e parla con una supponenza fuori luogo. Zero capacità di gestione, zero empatia, zero rispetto. Il personale cerca di salvare il salvabile, ma con una guida così, ogni sforzo è vano. Il vero punto debole di questo hotel ha un nome e un ruolo: il direttore. Finché resta lui, sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare qui.

Easy checkin and checkout, reception staff good. Breakfast had plenty of choice.
Shower cubicle a bit of a tight squeeze.
Room temperature too hot and unable to adjust. A few min walk to a supermarket and another 10 min to restaurants in town.

Personale molto attento e cortese alla reception, struttura di sicuro con qualche anno alle spalle ma ben pulita. Climatizzatore purtroppo praticamente non funzionante, lo segnalano già in reception per l’indubbia difficoltà col caro bollette. Con un supplemento, si può abbassare la temperatura… bah. Colazione sicuramente migliorabile, per tutto il resto consigliato, pratico e comodo.

Hotel nella media , buon tre stelle abbastanza accogliente. Camere pulite e spaziose. Sufficiente la colazione ( molto basic ) . DIslocato su piu' livelli e su tre immobili, e' vicino alla stazione di Porcari ( ma non si sentono i treni )
