Отличное месторасположение: пять минут неспеша до самого центра города и большого торгового центра. Собственный паркинг, правда за отдельную плату. Ну вот и всё. Сам отель явно "подустал" и нуждается в реновации. Вентиляция в нем отсутствует: во время завтраков и ужинов запах пищи по всем лестничным пролетам и этажам.... в номере санузле вентиляция в виде принудительной вытяжки (вентилятора) отсутствует. ВООБЩЕ. а та что есть - видимо не чистилась с даты постройки отеля - т.е. с прошлого века, это точно. Кондиционеров нет и в помине. Окна деревянные и страшно древние. Зимой даже не представляю как из них сквозить может. Санузел - это вообще писк совка: отдельно ванная комната именно с ванной, а не душевой кабиной, отдельно клетушка таулет. Но т.к. вытяжки нет ВООБЩЕ - сами представляете, каково оно. И да - на полу линолеум!!! вспоминаем ЧССР сразу же. Ностальгия блин. спасает всё это - нормальный и нежлобский для Словакии завтрак. Плюс можно вечером за 11евро можно в ресторане отеля прилично поужинать. Без изысков, но вполне вкусно и сытно.

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe für 3 Tage im Hotel Satel in Poprad. Anmeldung begann mit Einschecken und Ausweis für jede Person. Empfang war in Ordnung. Parkplatz für Bus wurde bereitgestellt. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral, es ist nicht weit bis zu einem Einkaufsmarkt. Das Hotel ist neu renoviert, jedoch mit kleine Mängeln. Die Lichtschalter in der Dusche und der Toiletten sind Innen angebracht, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Keine Halter für das Toilettenpapier. In der Dusche besteht Rutschgefahr, zu glatte Fliesen. Das Frühstück im Hotel war gut, das Abendessen mit zu wenig Abwechslung. Direkt vor dem dem Hotel gibt es einen Eisverkauf mit sehr moderaten Preisen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the railway station. Likewise, a 10 minute walk from the city centre. My room was a decent size and more than adequate for my requirements. I was bed and breakfast and it was buffet service. The choice was ok but nothing special. Even so, there was enough to eat. There isn't a lot to do on Poprad. But, you can get to the Tatra Mountains, which I did. on the Electric Railway which starts above the main railway station. I also caught a local bus to Levoca. A journey of 40 minutes and what a beautiful place it us.

Very helpful and genuine stuff, great location.
I needed a room asap and I found. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you!
