Relación costo beneficio. El hotel no tiene las comodidades esperadas para el precio. No tienen aire acondicionado, ni ventilador, sólo una mesa de noche, televisor pequeño solo con claro, sin amenidades. Al principio tuvimos una habitación a la calle y fue muy ruidosa porque es en una avenida principal, al frente hay licoreras, la gente toma en la calle y hace mucho ruido, después nos cambiaron a una habitación interior, lo cual mejoró, sin ser completamente silenciosa. El desayuno es regular. La atención del personal es muy buena, son amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Es limpio.

La primera habitacion que es la originalmente se reservo, la ventana colinda con una obra del mismo hotel tiraban mezcla de cemento a la misma y demasiado ruido de los obreros y de la obra, nos cambiaron de habitacion, pero Las toallas de baño son viejas, delgadas, no teniamos toalllas ni de manos ni para salir de la ducha, las almohadas estan cubiertas por un forro plastico y la funda son delgadas y viejas, reservamos por booking y envian a esas habitaciones de la torre nueva con esas caracteristicas, la lampara de la mesa de noche no prendia como tampoco funcionaba el citofono, para mi falta mucho mantenimiento y mucho servicio al cliente, ademas de estar ubicado en un sitio muy ruidoso, no lo recomiendo y menos reservarlo a traves de booking.

El hotel como hotel es chévere pero normal, apenas para viaje de negocios. Si tiene que mejorar en la almohadas, en mi habitación había unas super duras que la verdad no dormí bien. La puerta de algunas habitaciones eran demasiado duras para cerrar desde afuera para quedar bloqueadas, deben ajustarse mejor y que queden suaves. La administración debe hablar con el parqueadero de al lado del hotel o con el establecimiento que pone la música hasta tarde, hay una zona de habitaciones que les toca cierta bulla. El resto una experiencia normal.

Las instalaciones son buenas, modernas, con una distribución algo extraña. No hay servicio de frigobar. El restaurante cierra muy temprano. No hay estación de café. El teléfono no funciona (o nadie contesta) por lo que es necesario acercarse personalmente al front-desk por bebidas después de las 10.00 PM. Luego, solo hay soda o bebidas deportivas. El desayuno tipo buffet es mediocre:. No hay muchas opciones. Los alimentos no se reponen rápidamente, o simplemente se acaban muy rápido (p.e. mermelada no hay después de las 08.00 AM). No dan copia de llaves, solo una por habitación. Con mi pareja debía coordinarme para poder ingresar. En general no es una mala experiencia, pero hay mejores opciones en la ciudad por lo que no recomiendo este hotel.

Estuve un par de días y el hospedaje me gustó por su ubicación; a la vuelta de la esquina encuentras lo que necesites y el centro comercial es muy cerca. Las habitaciones son cómodas, amplias, limpias e iluminadas. La atención es amable y el desayuno está acorde con la tarifa.

El ruido en las habitaciones es muy fuerte, si quieren descansar está no es una opción. El desayuno es bufete pero no lo que tú se quiera servir sino lo que le quiera servir el mesero. Si necesitas algo tienes que bajar a recepción.

You should visit to Popayán, I like this hotel has a goof location! It’s near to downtown and a good restaurants. You can use the gym! It is nice! In general people are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a parking, pool and room service!
