Staff and Service was very nice and efficient. Location by a Mall and Restaurantsl near Airport, made it easy to shop and eat out.

On the web site said they have shuttle service to and from the airport and hotel found out at the hotel they no longer have that service after 2020 Coronavirus that's why I give a 4 star the staff was helpful, As for the breakfast it's more of a snack to me.

I had a very disturbing stay at this hotel. I woke up to a roach crawling on me, and found several more inside the bedsheets. This is completely unacceptable and alarming for any guest. I immediately reported this to hotel management, but their lack of concern and dismissive attitude made the situation even worse. They treated it as if this were normal, which is horrifying. The floors were dirty, and although the bathroom appeared clean, the towels and sheets were visibly stained, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards overall. I would strongly advise future customers to think twice before staying here. This was an extremely uncomfortable and unsettling experience, and I would not return. Anyone familiar with an iPhone understands that photos and videos automatically retain embedded metadata, including date, time, and precise location at the moment the media is captured. The video I provided clearly contains this information and confirms that it was recorded on your hotel’s property, during my stay, at the documented date and time. This metadata is unalterable and serves as objective proof of authenticity. Furthermore, the suggestion that your hotel does not use white sheets is contradicted by multiple forms of evidence I have already supplied. I have provided: • A screenshot directly from your own website showing rooms outfitted with white bedding • A video clearly displaying the sheets in question • A visible manufacturer’s tag on the sheets that matches those shown in your promotional materials At this point, the repeated denial of verifiable evidence gives the appearance of an attempt to discredit documented facts rather than address the serious issues raised regarding my stay. I expect this matter to be reviewed honestly and professionally, with full consideration of the evidence already provided. I am requesting a formal acknowledgment of the authenticity of my documentation and a meaningful resolution to this matter without further misrepresentation. The room was clean, smelled nice and passed the bed check. The air conditioner worked good in the heat even though a bit noisy. Coffee was usually done before time and juices were good. Down sides: Don’t check in early, $30 fee. The TV went half dark on first day and couldn’t be repaired. The pool was cloudy and full of leaves and petals from close trees and crepe Myrtle’s. Overall, decent for the money.

Room smelled like smoke. Mold under the sink. Pull out bed visible stains and sheets not even changed. Food debris/hair etc in drawers so don't use those either. If we didn't have our dog we would have left.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple. Bed was comfy. Water was hot. Room was clean, but bathroom needs severe upgrade.

We stayed at this location 2 separate nights. We already had it booked for the way there to our trip and back. The bathroom shower handle in both stays was broken we had to try to figure something out just so it was useable. The dresser drawers would not stay closed if we would close them would pop open. On our first night there was a roach on the floor in the bedroom. I only seen that one. The elevator had a terrible oder to it both stays. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Most hotels at bare minimum offer fruit or yogurts. There options were mini waffles, 2 cereal, bread. To top that off they had a sign stating you could not take your breakfast that’s included in your stay to your room. The one side of the toaster they did offer did not even work. The juice machine that offers apple and orange juice on our second stay was not working. Only thing I liked about it was the location. It was near allot of stores and restaurants

This place was awful. I took my 3 teenagers for the rock the country concert weekend. Every drawer stayed open, the walls were disgusting, stains on all the bedding, the hair dryer didn’t work and was gross, the mini fridge was dirty and stunk, they gave us 2 towels for 4 people and it took so much to get more. Will never stay here again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was quiet even though I was in a busy area. I have stayed in 4 other hotels in the area and will choose this one again.
