I left 3 messages for management to try to change dates due to our home being damaged from hurricane Helene. No one would even call me back to discuss. They got my money this time - never again. I was taking my 83 year old mother and her friend to Savannah. They never called me back to discuss even if they had to say no. They are extremely lacking in customer service.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Nice place to stay if you’re ever in the area. Rooms were generally clean except for the chair in the corner, it was pretty badly stained. I just chose to not sit In it. 😂 Front desk personnel were very nice. Would stay here again

The WHOLE Hotel staff gave exceptional services very Helpful and made alternative suggestions. The Breakfast reminded me of Mom's Cooking. The rooms were spacious, clean and most of all comfortable. The Banquet was awesome. THE FOOD WAS AWESOME THE GREENS WERE SOOOOO GOoD. THANKS FOR THE CORNBREAD.

This hotel is not clean. Their customer service is awful and the general manager has no idea how to run or manage a hotel. Would like to know who the management company is as they should really pay close attention to what goes on at this hotel. Hotel is overpriced and not worth it.

Gentili, mancava qualche asciugamano ed hanno provveduto. La ragazza alla reception notturna era molto presente e sorridente. Camere belle e molto molto pulite. Zona giorno molto elegante usabile anche per appuntamenti di lavoro. Promosso, prezzo equo. Bravi

I am a hotel Snob and a Marriott platinum member . My stay at this hotel was Amazing the beds were excellent the sheets were not thin and wrinkled quality was great. The breakfast was so good I thought I was at my Grandmas house. And the Dinner was a 10 . I don’t want to leave out the Great hospitality the staff gave.They were warm and genuine Friendly. I will recommend this hotel to all of my Friends.

Great experience. Great Food. Great location. Great convenience to interstate. Spacious room. I Loved that they had a kerig for coffee and had non-dairy creamer in side of our guest room. I loved that we had a fridge. I Will definitely return.

Nicole was the best at the front desk. She goes above and beyond her required job description. The other staff was very helpful and attentive. They were quick to address any issues to make your stay comfortable. I will be staying again very soon.
